I'm just done my very first semester of Japanese Studies and am waiting for my results :p

From reading pocket mofo's translation, it seems like she says something like "After all, it is just like I said it would be"
What do you mean here? Shouldn't it be something like "Even the Sharingan can't keep up with this"?

No worries about the mistakes. We learned through them and get better ^^
The efforts are what counted in.
ibra87, I think Kakashi meant that even someone having Sharingan wouldn't be able to escape/survive that attack because of its speed.
It should be more like "I knew it, he saw through it" Remember, earlier, Ino was talking about how doing the same thing on Kakuzu twice won't work (such as using kagebunshin as diversion). Thus she meant it as "He is reading [Naruto's moves]"
The と there doesn't really act as "if". Instead, it's almost a quoting particle....I think
Seeing Kakashi was talking about the "hits" of the attack in the previous line. It can also be assumed that he also meant "Even the Sharingan wouldn't be able to see through it". So you need to consider both nuances (seeing through the thing and escaping) on your translation
I'll see how busy I get.
But thank you for all your reactions :) It's good to know where I should be careful with next time trying to avoid the same kind of mistakes.
Hmmm... when translating manga, are you allowed to be a little more free than to stick exactly with what's written in Japanese?
