It's a quick trans, and I haven't proofed it, so if you find any mistakes, please let me know. ^^

Feel free to use this for scans. Enjoy.

Pg 1
Side Text: The new weapon that Uryuu aquired ––– The counterattack begins!!

Frame 1 & 2
Ishida: …I’m glad I thought of “Just in case.”

Frame 3, 4 & 5
Ishida: When I escaped from the hospital with Urahara-san
I thought this might come in handy
So I used Urahara-san’s power to get into the hospital’s hidden storage and borrowed this.

Pg 2
Ishida: “Seelenschneider”
Ishida: The one and only weapon of a Quincy that is a blade.
Translator’s Note: The kanji text for Seelenschneider says “That which slits the soul”

Pg 3
Side Text: ––––Father and son. Separate, then cross, and separate yet again……

Title: Bleach 258. Seelenschneider

Pg 4
Frame 2
Pesshe: …Yo…

Frame 3
Pesshe: You borrowed it from a hidden storage… without permission…!?

Frame 4
Pesshe: Th…Theif!!!
Ishida: Shut up!!!!

Pg 5
Frame 1
Ishida: I never said it was without permission!
Pesshe: Then you’re saying it was with permission!!
Ishida: It was without permission!!!
Pesshe: See! Without permission, you thief!!
Ishida: Who’s side are you on!?

Frame 2
Ishida: Just shut up already! When you talk you always change the subject!!
Pesshe: What! What kind of words are those to someone who saved your life! You’re sad, Ichigo!!
Ishida: I’m Uryuu!!!

Frame 3
Chirucchi: …A Quincy…

Frame 4
Chiru: …I see…
So you’re a Quincy…

Frame 5
Ishida: You know of me?
I’m honored.

Pg 6
Frame 1
Chiru: I know of you.
You’re the pitiful clan that was destroyed by the shinigami, right?

Frame 2
Chiru: That’s about all I know though.

Frame 4
Ishida: ––––That’s right.

Pg 7
Frame 3
Chiru: But! Why is someone like that lending a hand to the shinigami!?
I don’t understand at all!

Frame 4
Ishida: I have no reason to answer.

Frame 5
Ishida: Instead of thinking about me…

Pg 8
Frame 1
Ishida: You should worry about your feathers.

Frame 3 & 4
Ishida: Did you forget about earlier?
That wasn’t a temporary heightening of my reiatsu.

Frame 5 & 6
Ishida: Destroy the super speed vibrations with an ever more super speed spirit movement.
The Seelenschneider is a weapon that is technically most like a chainsaw. The spirit particles travel back and forth 30 million times per sec over the surface of the blade - which is constructed by spirit particles.

Pg 9
Frame 1
Ishida: Quincies are good at detecting reiatsu. And from the looks of it, the spirit particle vibrations on the surface of your feathers are about 11 mil ~ 13 mil per second.

Frame 2
Ishida: Less than half that of the Seelenschneider.

Frame 3
Chiru: …So

Frame 4
Chiru: What you’re saying is that my feathers will no longer work against you…

Frame 5
Chiru: Okay.

Pg 10
Frame 2
Ishida: …I didn’t know that your “released state” was something you could detach like that.
Is everyone the same?

Frame 3
Chiru: …It’s not at will. I shed it.

Frame 5
Chiru: I can never get it back.

Pg 11
Frame 1
Chiru: Our sword release’s proper name is called “Resurrección” As an arrancar, it returns to our body the true attacking powers of a hollow.
Translator's Note: Resurreccion is written in kanji as "Return Blade." (If anyone knows the correct spelling/word for this please let me know. Thanks).

Frame 2
Chiru: We can only return that appearance to human form when we return our powers to sword form.
Changing our appearance without returning it to sword form is like cutting off your own arm.

Frame 4
Chiru: The usage for me is bad. These feathers and arms take tons of reiatsu to maintain just by keeping them on.
So if I can’t use them, then it’s better to throw them away.

Frame 5
Chiru: And then use that reiatsu freed…

Pg 12
Frame 3
Chiru: Better by gathering it into one.

Pg 13
Frame 1
Ishida: …To you, is this battle…
Something you need to win at such costs…!?

Frame 2
Chiru: Hah!? Are you stupid!? If this wasn’t something we had to win, we wouldn’t go into battle in the first place!

Frame 3
Chiru: Arrancars are soldiers. And the Espadas their leaders.
We were born to kill the enemy and win.
An allowed loss

Frame 4
Chiru: Doesn’t exist!

Frame 5
Chiru: Anywhere!!!

Pg 14

Pg 15
Frame 1
Chiru: Come to think of it!
Against a swordsman, there’s no need to fight in a manner that would make it easy for you to cut me!!

Frame 3
Chiru: If the power is the same, the sword with the longer reach will win.

Frame 4
Ishida: The same power…?

Frame 5
Ishida: …You’re a little off.

Pg 16
Frame 1
Ishida: The spirit force vibrations of the Seelenschneider isn’t to cut something,

Frame 2
Ishida: It’s so that using the vibration, it loosens the fusion of the spirit particles and,
Make it easier to steal.

Frame 4
Ishida: Quincy’s battle by
Absorbing the spirit particles around them and turning them into their weapons.
That is embodied the strongest in this Seelenschneider.

Pg 17
Frame 1
Ishida: You’re spirit particles

Frame 2
Ishida: might as well be mine.

Frame 3 & 4
Chiru: Don’t joke with me!!!

Frame 5
Ishida: And another thing you’re wrong about,

Frame 6
Ishida: The Seelenschneider isn’t a sword.

Pg 18
Ishida: A Quincy doesn’t use anything other than bow and arrows.

Pg 19
Frame 1
Ishida: …Sorry. I win, Chirucchi Thunderwitch.

Frame 2
Ishida: The difference in reach really does determine the winner.

Side Text: The “Arrow” that pierced through and with it the pride.

"Seele Schneider"..... to me that sounds like the the soul's name is Schneider. :rofl
Better would be "Seelenschneider" (--> 'souls cutter') which would be the grammatically correct word. :)

Well, I already tell that to WinterLion, but the English don't use "Tilde", so her question was about spelling...

I missed that comment. >_< Thanks for the input and DeepEyes did tell me that earlier... but I don't know how to do the accents on my keys. :p So I was just asking about the spelling without the accents. ^^

But thank you for the correction. ^^

OK. You might just copy and paste my text and correct it. Not that it's important, but it could be interesting for people who want to read it aloud ;)

Happy New Year!

That website lists all the common characters that are not found on an american keyboard. Just hold alt and type in the number using the numpad section (far right) for the numbers. The ones above the letters won't work for whatever reasons.
