And that's also exactly why it stands to reason to me that he keeps the skills he masters.Plus he said that he mastered said magic when he copies it, so it requires knowledge to use as well.

Plus there is something I found interesting that he could easily use magic at a very young age when he was alone to get memories wbout his parents. And that's also exactly why it stands to reason to me that he keeps the skills he masters.

He needed to touch Erza, thats how his copying works, and recreated it. otherwise how did it even feet him.Afro dude which he says he requip would have an empty pocket space unless Erza has a spare Purgatory armor lying around,
Than Why didn't he use them against Gildarts, And pleas don't say "he thought it was not necessary".And that's also exactly why it stands to reason to me that he keeps the skills he masters.
That thing is non cannon, it is meant for laugh. Using non cannon stuffs will do thatThen why would he need to requip when he can just create a copy of an armor set? He has Angel who was a holder user, and Racer has Death Grand Prix which is holder magic, that would have tipped him off.

This statement is wrongIt's the other way around. He has his copy ability because he's a genius.
You're talking as if magics were devil fruits from One Piece or some innate power and he was just lucky to be born with a copy power, they're not. His magic is "copy" because he has that genius observational, learning and mastering capability since he was a child.

And even in gildarts fight. Problem wasn't he knows all magic, he can counter anything. Just his specific copy magic and negation was handled. Nothing moreHe needed to touch Erza, thats how his copying works, and recreated it. otherwise how did it even feet him.

It might and probably is bad writing (Hiro not knowing how to deal with him), but that still in canon creates that fact that he can't use them.
And assuming his title of Master genius as proof that he can use them any time, when he did not, is ridiculous.
he can re-create them by stealing their magical power temporarily. Feet?He needed to touch Erza, thats how his copying works, and recreated it. otherwise how did it even feet him.

Laughs or not, it has mechanisms around it, which drains the targets magic power in order to copy it. Why fortunately? They would have been vital in the fight. He summons vehicles to attack or ride with. That thing is non cannon, it is meant for laugh. Using non cannon stuffs will do that
Angel lost her keys, her new magic wasnt explained in cannon. Mishma fortunately forgot Grand prix (God knows what that was)

This statement is wrong
Fairy-tail mages only use one type of magic, just like August with his copy magic
Gildart also only tried to handle that problem when he faught him

And even in gildarts fight. Problem wasn't he knows all magic, he can counter anything. Just his specific copy magic and negation was handled. Nothing more
People keep on forgetting August is nothing more than nerfed Rufus.
August copies magic. Rufus learn it
August can.negate caster type. Rufus can make people forget.
But Rufus was shown on screen to learn from books and keep his learned magic, unlike August
Secret of August magic is known. People just like to give benefits to characters they like.
Ask these same people can alverzec irene turn alverzec laxus into a worm? The answer to that should match how August should be treated as well.
Because its not cannon, meaning mishma didn't think much about itLaughs or not, it has mechanisms around it, which drains the targets magic power in order to copy it. Why fortunately? They would have been vital in the fight. He summons vehicles to attack or ride with
It is canon as hiro has a hand in it, and even had the characters part of the final season which he had a direct influence in. We see it in the manga too, it can’t be filler, we know that the magic motorcycles work like any other magic vehicle with an SE Plug that uses the user’s own magic power to operate. He can copy her magic which would allow him to access her weapons. Same could be said about Fairy Glitter as it is not August’s magic and yet he affected it all the same.Because its not cannon, meaning mishma didn't think much about it
Because that grand prix shouldn't have been racer magic. It looked like mishma didn't know what to do and just used it as a filler. We know nothing of that magic, and I am guessing mishma doesn't either.
Either how it doesn't matter. August can't use it. He can copy erza requip but not her weapons. If you stretch it, he might be able to keep his previously copied magic. But no way in hell he is getting erza armor. That is not his magic
I think August can only use the magic that he copied once before he need to copy them againBottom line, August never Shown Using Abilities he copied in other fights, He only can use them when people using them is the ones his fighting. He can't nullify spell that's not attacking him, nor stopping someone from using spells. bad writing can't cover him, since it (fight with Gildarts) could have been written with same results, but having him use copied spells. His title does not mean Much, Tempest was called Immortal, but he himself said it's because his HARD to kill, not because his actually immortal.
