Without Dark Change, which according to him can't use it casually whenever he wants, I doubt he's stronger than Yuri (and by extension Tiara). At least, it's debatable.
Especially when he didn't use all the multipliers against Holan.

Naw. He was able to injure Kallavan without Dark Change. Yuri couldn't even dream of matching that. Baam is a little hard to evaluate because he has so much shit in his toolbox and seldom uses all of it, but we can still make some baseline reasoning.

He certainly is above most HRs in terms of firepower but Baam's stats are far from balanced. Maybe it's because of Shinwonryuu, but he hits hard and sucks at everything else.
As in, even in the last station, he could make Kallavan's wound worse, something which according to the latter would be impossible for a usual HR. Yet, it was stil debatable wether he could beat even an average Ranker 1v1 back then.

And that's where the souls from White and Levi comes in. Those weak points you speak of are basically non-existent atm. If anything Baam has been complaining about excess power from Levi leaking out

Sorry Kirin's shinheuh looks to be a Komainu(Japanese Lion dog) also known as a Foo Dog(Chinese guardian lion.) They usually are depicted in pairs so it could well be that there are two of them and we only have seen one. They are guardian deities.
