Who did I miss and who is the girl between Gowther's back and Mel's left leg? At first I thought it was Friesia at first but noticed her in her armor soon after. It's most likely Pelio but it looks like a girl to me.

Vivian is just above the end of Gideon, in between Gustaf and Matrona. And yeah, I'm pretty sure that person is Pelliot.

Pretty sure Death Pierce is above Denzel but covered by the lettering.

Jude's head and the spike of his pauldron is right of Gustaf's head. It's not Vivian.

The actual Vivian's head is slightly tilted sideways and positioned between Zaratras' face and directly below Meliodas elbow on his sword arm. Nakaba is consistent, guys. He would never position Vivian far away from Gil, just look for his head and search the vicinity, you'll find her eventually.

Found both. Certain parts are more visible in the MS/Jaimini versions. He is there along with Invisible. Zoru and Dera are below Diane's left ear though so who are the kids between Gideon and King's helmet? The kids from the Capital of the Dead?

Yes, that's Pelliot.
Also you miss Taizoo (between Hawk and Jericho), Hugo (right to Gowther's face) and the kids from Capital of the Dead (between Gideon and King's helmet)

The colored dots on the purple surface seem to rule Fraudrin out as a possible candidate.

Has Gloxinia been on the spine yet? If not then it's most likely him since that looks like his wings.

I just read this post on tumblr which mentions an extra page for the Taizai Vacation extra that was published in Volume 24 and did a bit of searching. Although I couldn't find the source of the picture, I found a blog that sort of transcripts some of what happened in that extra page.
