My daughter got a green 1-Up mushroom last time - which makes the noise every time you press it.
Still it can be a pretty handy system, if on some days you don‘t feel like going home right away you could work an hour extra, and then you can get a free day when you need it. You can also plan ahead for some days like your birthday to have extra hours and be able to spend those days free without working. Pretty nice.
