Yeah, can’t remember a single film he directed which I didn’t enjoy (haven’t seen Crimson Peak though). Pan’s Labyrinth is probably on my top 10-20 films ever and spontaneously I thought this was just as good. We’ll see how it “ages”/settles in my mind though before I say too much.

I've seen all movies and tv shows, with exception fo Crimson Peak

But yeah, always great quality stuff. The Strain and Hobbit 3 are probably his most weak works.
