My mother language is Portuguese, but I consider myself fluent in English too. I'm able to speak and understand Spanish, and to a lesser degree French. Currently I'm studying Japanese, so I'm still not very good at it (though I know sufficient Japanese to have a general idea of the meaning of the manga dialogs).
Fluently: Swedish, Spanish, Catalan (not that I have much use of it :P).
I would say my English is quite good as well, but not as good as the others, so I won't pretend I speak and write it fluently...
Besides that I can understand Norwegian and Danish to some degree, and same goes for Portuguese and Italian. The latter which I'm very interested in learning thoroughly =)
English, Spanish, and 1% of Japanese. LOL

I know English best. I know Gujarati, Hindi, and Spanish a bit, Gujarati the most. Learning Hindi slowly, and my family think it cute when I speak it. <_<
I speak: English (1st language), Chinese (currently still learning), Japanese (side project), and I know a little of different Scandinavian languages (from songs haha).
Fluent in swedish (DURR!) and english, know some french and spanish, a few words in german and italian aswell as japanese.
Finnish and english are something I really know. Then somewhat good with swedish. Have studied german, though forgotten almost everything. And a few words and phrases in japanese.
I speak English and used to know sign language well (Took ASL 1-4 in high school, but am rusty after 3 years). I'll be working on Mandarin Chinese soon, which should be an arduous but fun experience (:
