Sorry for being a bit out of text here. i just remember that i had Warren Ellis on my Friendster's friends list. I message him several times and he replied them, that was just awesome for me, he's one of my favourite writer.
So, here's his url:
Didn't know you own a friendster. XD (slight question, you pinoy, by any chance? o.O)
Anyway, another comic artist to add (actually he's done the Fables covers, and even the latest MCR album art), James Jean.
Freakin' WOW. I love his works. Seriously has me drooling. Also Lan Medina.
ichi's not Pinoy; he's Indonesian. That's close. ~ Ayah
Ah...close enough XD Thanks, Ate ^_^
Yes, i do. and you can see my profile here (http://www.friendster.com/5665734). I'm not pinoy, thanks for pointing that out, Ayah.Originally Posted by Dragonzair

Yeah. JJ is pretty cool. The best bit is that they're all hand painted. Seriously makes me drool. Top tem James Jean covers you say?
Does your magazine haave a website?
He was named 2005 cover artist of the year and it highlights 10 of his best work in Fables, Green Arrow and several other titles.
Unfortunately no. We use to have a guy working on it, but he resigned. and since then it's been neglected. It's a shame really.[br]Posted on: December 05, 2006, 01:33:08 PM_________________________________________________Almost forgot. J.G. Jones is Wizard's 2006 cover artist of the year. He did the Wanted (Vertigo mini), and currently DC's 52. I'm still rooting for james jean.
Ahh. Yes. I saw a few Wanted covers. They were brill too. JJ still beats him though. XD
Only this artists probably:
John Romita Jr.
Especially I like Tom Lyle version of Venom and all symbiotes. It was probably first which was goodie to see for me. Sal Buscema has some dark version of his drawing, but i like that, and John Romita jr. has drawing .. hmm .. which i like very much.
Also Todd McFarlane - nice drawing with so much details i think, both in Spidey titles if Im correct and Spawn xD
A new favourite. He painted the Secret War (v3) issues.
Well, he's good, with the hand painting and all that. But he made Secret War seems like waiting for... Secret War. But you just can't rush an artist's work and it did turned out great, so all is forgiven.
Just thought that this needed mentioning.
Andy Park has finally given in and created a deviantArt account. Check him out over here!
In case you've forgotten, I've spazzed over Park a year ago or so, when I read Uncanny X Men back in 2005. Go check his stuff out. You won't be dissapointed More extremely awesome stuff at his main website ^_^
Sana Takeda- pretty neat stuff of marvel in asian style
