Very good art although it seemed kind of unfinished or unpolished in some parts. None the less, great art.
Whoever thought that such a one shot piece could be so entertainingly hilarious. Although it was quite short, it basically had all the ingredients in there to make it an excellent manga. I must truly say good work Hideaki Sorachi.
What Hideaki Sorachi did was he took common stereotypical characters and added a flair to them. The mangaka (manga author) did a great job in portraying who and what the characters were, and how they ended up as who they presently are. Other than the two main characters, all other characters were just extras.
Action romance at it's best.
Love is a common theme that could be found in many other works, yet 13 takes it to different level. I could only think of a Korean movie that is similar to 13 called "Duelist." Although the theme and time era in "Duelist" were much different than 13, how the characters conveyed their feelings were very similar.
It's such a shame that 13 was a one shot manga. Wished that there could be more but that might complicate things. There's nothing more to say unless 13 would be spoiled. Truly a good 37 pages read.
Spoiler: Manga's images taken from earlier chapters to avoid spoiler, generally the art improves show

Looks great, great job !
Yeah, "13" definately deserves at least 9.5/10 (10/10 is perfection, which doesn't exist)
