It doesn't say anything about the date there. Just comments about the studio.
They say the latest news will be posted on a Twitter account @nisekoi_k
And the official anime site is here:
None of them say anything about a release date/season either.

According to the American Weekly Shonen Jump official podcast, there are going to be full colored chapters for One Piece and Naruto in the July 15 issue.
According to Naruto chapter 637, The latest Volume (65) is selling like hotcake!! with Sasuke and the Generational Hokages gracing the cover!
Due to Sasuke who is star of volume 65! wow!
The sum up of the last few chapters in Toriko
It's just a buzz word. Like when a talkshow host invites a guest onto their show, they say their book/movie/whatever is "getting rave reviews" and whatnot. It's just an advertisement, not a gauge of how well something's selling.
I have no idea why the mods aren't saying anything about the off-topic Toriko stuff, but since it seems to be okay I'll throw my two cents in. Toriko's always been about extremes in terms of scope. There's been a logical reasoning for everything that's happened in the current fight so far, and it's also had a lot of good character development. The characters are caring for each other in a way we haven't seen before. And Toriko and other characters lost in a bunch of fights over the series, they just didn't DIE. Besides which, the arc isn't over yet so it's silly to be saying things like "This is as extreme as it can get" and "it's going to end" and "this is the main villain being defeated" and whatnot. Shimabukuro's been really good about making there be few fights and make all of them meaningful to the overall story. I really liked where this chapter went with it. Go check that out if you haven't, anybody.

Yeah, those little editor messages aren't really to be trusted.
For example on one chapter of Hungry Joker (easily one of the worst Jump series of the past two decades) they stated that Volume 1 was out with "Rave Reviews".
