Gonde didn't look tired or anything whe he challenged Kurono for a duel, and even he had some minutes before Kurono was transfered. In any case, i think the intention of Oku was to show that Gonde was so powerful and fast that he could take an entire team with no problems at all, and also to show that Kurono is THE BEST EVER.
Also, Gonde has some deplorable stamina for a creature that can break concrete or squish a guy wearing the gantz suit in seconds if he got tired after fighting Kei for some minutes.
Gonde must be the alien equivalent of Hercules if he can smash up their own concrete like that lol.
Gonde did look kind of scratched up when Kei entered the fight. I guess he got emotional for a while before getting his shit together.
I still want to know how team US managed to force him out of his hard suit.
I'm imagining that they cornered the officer dude and he ordered his guys to surrender.
You know, introspect, the gold alien chapter kinda makes this whole final fight pointless. The reason I say that is because it pretty much confirmed earth wasn't even in danger from the start when it brought up the human soul discussion.

They said he'd be reincarnated in New York. Not necessarily as a human
I think the '21 grams of data' doesn't change much the being in his next incarnation. Also the alien said Reika would be his sister if I'm not mistaken, so I doubt they won't be humans in their next body.
Something like that. Where Katou/Tae fit into this, who knows? It's a highly retarded concept imo.
My perfect ending of Gantz. Sorry the bad english.
