I don't usually watch too many martial arts films, but I'm quite a fan of Donnie Yen from the 'Ip Man' films. There's also Sammo Hung, who was the fight choreographer for 'Ip Man' many other martial arts films.
And you know, there's also Jackie Chan.
What are those Ip man films actually about? Jackie chan is ehh for me since he jokes around too much. I forgot to mention Sonny Chiba he is pretty cool too.
bruce was the best no doubt....but jet li is one of the best also.
but, newblood has to go to tony jaa....phenomenal fighter/stuntman
Most of those celebrities are actual high-level martial artists.
Jet Li woop the floor with everyone involved in Wushu.
Chuck Norris is a 7-times world champion.
Van Damme was a prospect in full-contact
Bruce Lee is basically the father of MMA
Seagal is a highly respected aikido master
Even Mickey Rourke was a more than decent amateur boxer
Basically, most of them were real beasts.
Just for the fun of it, Jason statham was an olympic ... diver
you guys may find this interesting...
I'm really surprised not to see any mention of both Scott Adkins or Michael Jai White here. Not even in the link above. Both are well known actors with legit martial arts history.
Check out this video to see a little of Scott in one of his films.
The movie is called 'Undisputed 3' btw. Y'all should check it out if you haven't already seen it. It's awesome. Scott is a total beast.
Funnily enough, Michael Jai White also plays a leading role in Undisputed 2 along with Scott adkins, so you should check that one out too. They're literally two of the only three people that come to mind when I think of best celebrity martial artists.....The other one being Jet Li of course.

Ray Park aka Darth Maul aka Snake Eyes.
Won all kinds of contests around the world, if I remember well. Aside from playing toad, he was also Christopher Walken's stunt double in Sleepy Hollow. That headless horseman had some mean moves.
EDIT: Oh right, Mark Dacascos. Karate, Kung-fu, Capoeira...
