Why no gym leaders?
I saw the raw for the first episode and the animation looked really nice, though I'm a tad worried now that I know different studios are doing each episode. Not much but a tad...
Also I'm guessing no one's gonna respond well to Red's noob-ness XD
Red, the greatest Pokemon trainer of all times is a noob and a loser.
When I saw him capturing Pokemons and fighting like that... and he beat Brock. Green is less of a jerk but is still arrogant, I absolutely love him in this adaptation. I loved the the intro too.
I was laughing at his noobness since everybody was going "YEAH FINALLY A ANIME WITHOUT THAT LOSER ASH!" But seriously he gets better later.
After watching all the episodes, I can say on ethng; this is how the pokèmon anime should have been.
That of today, yeah is good and I have fond memories of it, but it seems to be just too repetitive.
Anyway I really enjoyed Origins and two moments made my day: Cubone's story (so many feels) and Giovanni's change of heart.
It was really a worth watch.
Only saw the first episode, I like how it pushes forward namelessShipping to a good extent, loved it.
Otherwise, I wish they had given a bit more attention to visuals and kind of strayed from the direct plot and been more creative, there were other birds available to be used if I remember. Battle visuals were on point though.
Very Nice Adaptation!
