From what I can find, it's the story about a dog named Masshu, who came from a bloodline of police dogs. He was being trained as a police dog (by the girl), but it seems that he hates it a lot...
That's all I can find, from a blog post that talked about the first chapter
Hoshino Yasushi / Faust (End)
Godhand Teru, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle (Absent)
Tohru Fujisawa / Gto (New Serie, Come Back)
Mahô Sensei Negima (Absent)

So TOC really does matter in Magazine x___X
After years of wandering the wilderness and releasing crappy manga, Tohru returns. Not sure weather I should be excited or scared.......
Also, Masshu is an albino.
An Albino?! Is he a German Shepherd? (I assumed that he is, since that's the most common police dog)
An albino German Shepherd... lol
I think TOC matters, just never as much as it does at Jump. Fausts was rather low since it started so it probably was what we call a bomb...though at the same time, it didn't last as long as a series would at Sunday, but wasn't just "chopped" like it would have at Jump.
Yeah, Masshu is an albino. It was revealed in Chapter 2 if I remember right. So he cannot stay under the sun for too long, due to the problem that albinos have, lack of (I forgot whatever it is) that is related to being unable to stay under the sun for too long. Masshu is white with some black at the tip of his ears and has red eyes (his parents had black eyes I believe, and they were mainly with brown fur I think).
#28 (10/06) :
Fairy Tail (Pages Couleur + Big News (Perhaps Anime Annonce)
I wonder if that's going to be a long running series or just a short-term special serialization ...
It mentioned 14 days in the title = ="
It's unforturnate that Fujisawa pretty much bombed everything after GTO, so I really hope he'd do good with his next one.
On the FT news... It's also possible for it to get a Drama CD instead of anime
The timing seems right to announce an fall anime.
If it's a Fairy Tail anime, I sort of really hope it's not by the company that did RAVE...mostly for starting too soon and rushing through the early part only to spend an entire episode with Gail punching King over and over. (which worked way better when Mashima did it)
