About the last chapter...
I have finished the translations for the individual interview with Fujimaki. You can find it at my livejournal here
Oh, i enjoyed the interview, pika318.
It is interesting to know that Fujimaki was afraid of the cancellation, i always wonder how is the level of stress that a mangaka gets while starting a new series at WSJ.
And he had to burn his trump card in the begining by showing Kise so soon. Well, i can say that i loved Kise's introduction to the story. It was a great decision and it worked.
And, again, he tease us...
That answer makes me think that no member will defeat Akashi alone. So they will have to join forces, but i don't see a 5 vs 1, cause Murasakibara will never be against Akashi.Quote:
I can see Kuroko, Kise, Midorima and Aomine Vs Akashi and Murasakibara. Maybe this could happen in their last year of High School, after most senpai retired. But it depends on that Oath.
One of the possibilities that i most like is that they committed themselves to join Akashi's team (and school) in the last year if they don't manage to win against him during their first and second year.

Ah, i got my hands on the 2ch script and the raw page with that problematic part.
Now i need to grab a translator.

Yay, grabbed a translator.

So, i expect Akashi to do the same as he did in the match against Shutoku, to scout the area before making his move.
Maybe we will see him marking Kagami right in the begining to irritate him, cause Kagami has a hot temper. I can see the first technical foul happening in this match.
Akashi will obviously change to Kuroko in the end to teach him a lesson.
That's how it seemed to me against Midorima, that he was teaching him a lesson.
I expect the "Uncrowned Generals" to dominate the rest of the team easily, apart from Kiyoshi, if he plays.
I expect Furihata to play sometime in the match (maybe even against Akashi) Sounds absurd, but if Kagami can't seem to control his temper, I'm thinking that is what Riko might just do. And yes, Akashi will definitely go against Kuroko at one point.
On the other hand, I'm wondering why Seirin hasn't gave Kuroko an official basketball position yet. Judging by the way he plays now, he is literally giving off the "Point Guard" feeling.

Chinese raws for 204 here
I wouldn't be surprised. Kuroko's misdirection is possibly the only thing that can counter Akashi's eye. Even if Akashi will have figured Kuroko would be PG to counter him, Kuroko is not that bad of a strategist either. Especially if it comes to going against the GoM. The way I see it, his misdirection gives him the advantage of watching the flow of the game while no one's paying attention to him. That way, he can figure out a plan and act accordingly to the situation.
Totally swooning over younger Kuroko! Can't wait for the translation!
Apart from that, i thought that maybe Kuroko could negate the Emperor Eyes, but while re-reading Kaijo-Seirin match, i saw a panel of Kuroko in the floor after trying to mark Kise during Perfect Copy. If Kuroko can't resist the copy of the Emperor Eyes, he can't resist the original.
Now, after reading the chinese scans...
