yeah... looks like it
Kobe has tears in his eyes and is on crutches. "Terrible. This is a terrible feeling." He says he knows it's a torn Achilles
damn... playing trough so many injuries, sometimes you forget that the guy still is human

Kobe on facebook
"Mamba mentality" ...
The achilles injury is a weird one. Oftentimes it's prime to just pop and someone can do it just carrying something up the stairs. That's probably what happened with him, as no real trauma went on or anything.
yeah... he created a character and now he's living up to it
marketing at its best hahahha
well, his injury was in really simple move, it wasn't even a foul, I guess
I think he thought Harrison Barnes hit him because of the pop. He was confused. I've never heard an achilles rupture in person, but I've heard it's really loud
yeah, on the post game interview he said that he heard a pop and asked if Barnes hit him, Barnes said that he didn't.. he tried to walk, couldn't feel his heel and knew that it was his achilles
So the Playoff Matchups been set.
(1) Thunder vs. (8) Rockets
(2) Spurs vs. (7) Lakers
(3) Nuggets vs. (6) Warriors
(4) Clippers vs. (5) Grizzlies
(1) Miami vs. (8) Milwaukee
(2) New York vs. (7) Boston
(3) Indiana vs. (6) Atlanta
(4) Brooklyn vs. (5) Chicago
What's your bet?
Kind of surprised at how the Lakers even got the 7th seed when just weeks ago they barely even made it to the playoffs plus the absence of Kobe. And now they're gonna face off with (my) Spurs. It's kinda hard to even give a biased forecast seeing that their last couple of games suck (even those games where they won). Hopefully Pop can beat the sense out of the rest players since as what he said a couple of days ago, "Tim’s really the only guy on the team that played like somebody who wants to win a championship." And well, here's hoping T-Mac could lend a hand for the Spurs to win that oh-its-been-so-long 5th championship.
If you guys are curious...
West standings last 40 games(2nd half of the season):
knicks - cs, thunder - rockets, lakers - spurs, clippers - grizzlies
cant wait for those 4 series.
Knicks, Thunder, Spurs, Grizzlies
But I do have that fan hope of the Lakers beating the Spurs
realistic: knicks, thunder, spurs, Clippers
what i hope: cs, rockets, spurs, Clippers
we never know with those match up
---------- Post added at 01:51 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:44 AM ----------
i consider those match up interesting cuz its:
wannabe best 2nd team in east vs last year best 2nd team in east
durant vs harden
kinda old but stacked team vs kinda old but stacked team
team that surprised this year vs this that surprised this year
Memphis surprised this year?
I think that almost everyone was expecting it from them.. girt, great defense, bullying and pounding the ball on the paint
The Clippers started hot, but they cooled down on the last quart of the season
Boston is too banged up to win the series, they are already without Rondo and Garnett isn't healthy.
Houston has no chance, but it should be fun to watch Harden shooting the lights out in one game
well u can expect the grizz to be good but nobody expected them to stand at the top of the west, like they did. Also
OKC- Rockets during the season : 2-1 for OKC. The last one say Houston won't go down easily
HOU 98 - OKC 120
OKC 124 - HOU 94
OKC 119 - HOU 122
Clippers - Grizz during the season: 3-1 for the CLippers, so what make u think the grizz can beat the Clippers?
MEM 92 - LAC 101
LAC 99 - MEM 73
MEM 96 - LAC 85
LAC 91 - MEM 87
Cs -knicks : 3-1 for the knicks
BOS 102 - NYK 96
NYK 89 - BOS 86
NYK 100 - BOS 85
BOS 89 - NYK 108
Lakers - Spurs: 2-1 for the Spurs, all of them kinda close. but yeah no kobe this time
SAS 84 - LAL 82
LAL 105 - SAS 108
SAS 86 - LAL 91
Chicago Bulls Derrick Rose Lawsuit
CHICAGO – A 25 year old Peoria Illinois man filed a lawsuit Thursday against Chicago Bulls Superstar Derrick Rose. Matthew Thompson, a self-described long-time Bulls fan, and electrician claims Rose missing the entire 2012-2013 NBA regular season has caused him to have mental breakdowns and emotional distress, which ultimately led to obesity issues.
The former MVP is still recovering from an ACL surgery which has caused him to miss the entire season, his status for the playoffs as of Thursday is still unknown.
According to reports, Thompson claims Rose displayed negligent behavior by refusing to return to the court, despite having been cleared by team doctors. He blames his health issues on the MVP’s refusal to return.
No word if Peoria County Officials will take this lawsuit seriously
