Wow i feel so sad talking about these MVP candidates and these playoff bound teams when my team is so garbage. Hey atleast we have a chance at getting Micheal Beasly in the draft, oh wait almost forgot about the lottery. Ahhh mannnnnnn!
I'm a bit biased, of course, since I'm a Kobe fan..
but seriously though....look at Kobe's stats two seasons ago, and compare it with Nash...
and now look at Lebron this year, and compare it with how Kobe lost to Nash two seasons ago.
see the similarities? I believe Kobe averaged 35 points in that season.......but still lost to Nash.
And Lebron is going to lose like Kobe did with Nash.Lakers another win,Kobe 17 in the 4th,hes amazing,i think hes gonna get that mvp.
The Pistons are having a quiet season, yet when you look at their record, it's quite impressive. I think it's because Boston is hogging the spotlight in the East.
however, Boston defeated the Pistons today...Boston clinched a playoff berth. If they keep this up, considering they're playing without KG, I don't think there's anyone who're likely to beat them, except maybe the Spurs, or Lakers (if Bynum comes back).
oh wait, nevermind, KG came back, and he played well.

this pistons team is a hall of famer. they've dominated for the past 5 or 6 years. they're unstoppable. one of the best lineups in history
Rockets are 20 in a row baby...20 thats crazy for them and they have no Yao,i wonder how far will they go in the post season. You know let them win one more game and next its Kobe and the Lakers baby, now when the Rockets and T-Mac are red hot and Kobe and the Lakers aswell this will be a match to watch.
tough road ahead, lakers boston san antonio and a second new orleans matchup. maybe they'll break the streak. they wont survive the post season man... if yao were still in the streak they'd be unstoppable
Yeah without Yao they will make a quick exit in the post this year. But who knows T-Mac and the team went for 20,thats something not every team could do,but they did, they may have chance,if Yao was healthy it be a diff story.
not the 22 straight for the rockets,
but did denver just score 168 fucking points?
168 fucking poitns yeah ive seen damn!A historic day for nba today.
hahaha finally the west has a team that clinched a playoff spot! and it's new orleans! craziest nba race i have ever seen. everyone's talking about a team that has 50 wins but will still miss the playoffs.
only one team in the playoffs-bound west is below 50 wins (denver with 48 wins).....in stark contrast, only 3 teams in the East are above 50 wins.
Best of all about this season imo............Boston and Lakers are the two overall top teams in the East/West, respectively...........oh heck yeah! bring back the ancient rivalry!
and oh btw....the MVP is tightly between KB24 and CP3.
But the consensus view among ESPN experts says it is likely Kobe.
Lebron for MVP, he's the best player in the league this season, and considering the past 2 years and the current season of Cleveland, I'd say he deserves it. I hope Sasha Pavlovic heals soon so that the Cavs can count on him during the finals, he's probably one of my favorite silent players during the playoffs. You don't really notice his contributions until the playoffs like last year.
Kobe and the Lakers have a really really good shot at the ring this year.
I'm hoping Suns make it to the Western finals AT LEAST.
And as for Boston.. right now, they're too good, remember Dallas last year? I doubt they'll be knocked out in the first round, but I just cannot see them winning it all this year, maybe next year but right now.. the Lakers are far more likely, or some other team. Boston is just too good at the moment, and that is probably their biggest problem, overconfidence.
Hey guys if you dont know now u know the play offs started last week. im going for the SUNS to take it all, how about you?
