They could turn the tides at some point, but I'm not expecting them to become a real contender in the foreseeable future.
Unless they successfully trade away Gasol and land someone good as a replacement, which is a weak possibility.

Meanwhile, Celtics improved to 3-1 since Bradley's return by defeating the Knicks at MSG without suspended Rondo. I wonder if it's really just Bradley. The other players also seemingly play more attention to defense from what I've seen. Might be a turning point for the season.
Best news I've heard in a while. If the deal is actually struck, the NBA will fill complete again.
Sad to see Sacramento losing the NBA, though.
Kevin Johnson put a lot of work to prevent this scenario, but in the end, Maloofs didn't care about what happened to the city.
On a positive note, of course, it was tough to see Seattle losing the Supersonics back then. Nice to see them return.
I'd rather see a Seattle team than a Sacramento team. I used to enjoy watching them play back in the day when I wasn't really a fan of any team. In other news the Celtics extended their win streak to 4

Carmelo is banned for one game for his confrontation with KG after the Celtics Monday night win. I swear the NBA will look for any excuse to punish a player nowadays.
That was as absurd as Rondo's suspension after the Hawks game. Show a tiny bit of overreaction and you are doomed. Tolerance is below the ground level these days.
Heck, even someone normally carefree as Melo received 8 techs. Back then, the 16-tech limit per season was just for Sheed, but even Melo could be in trouble late in the season now
A Filipino Business Man tried to buy the Sacramento Franchise.
Whoa. Greg Oden is planning on making a comeback. Any thoughts?
Which player irks you?
Portland 92, Miami 90
LeBron 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 9 assists
The worst thing about the lakers(aside from their defense, cuz it really sucks)... it's that they actually show some really good stretches, but they can't keep it up
That's the reason Blake Griffin is only second to LeBron in that list. They are inhuman, staining the purity of game.

People argue that they are on steroids, but that may not be the case. I'm not accusing them of using illegal performance enhancers here, I don't have any right to.
I just can't stand the way they ruin the softness of the basketball and turn it into an animalistic body contest.
