Today I went a Thai restaurant in town called Chaophraya.
I had an Asian platter ( a selection of chicken satay, prawn tempura, chicken spring rolls, marinated pork with honey and Thai herbs. Served with a crispy duck salad.) to start with:
Khao Pad Graprao nua Khai Dao Spicy fried rice with beef and basil( Street-style traditional Thai fried rice with beef strips, fresh
chilli and garlic, topped with a fried egg.)
Whilst I greatly enjoyed the platter as starter, I was quite disappointed with the fried rice with beef main course; I've had many alternate versions of this dish and I've liked many previous ones than this. I should've got something else
Sharing it because I'm quite happy at how it turned out:
Grilled steak, with roasted baby potatoes and bell peppers and tomato sauce. *¬*
Healthy food can also be tasty and affordable. How about some home made Ancy's moussaka or soy snitzel and salad (yeah, I mix and match until I get my own recipe )
ps: I usually try to avoid fried foods, thus the layers of my moussaka consisted out of mashed potatoes instead of fried one
, I don't got the pics but today i eat delicious , shrimps soup with rice and grill steak with fried beans and vegetables and desert a fruit pie.
i had steak fajitas, and a shrimp enchilada

So far, I've had a bacon and egg muffin and a coffee with a scoop of cookies and cream icecream in it.
I don't even....
Let's see... For brekkie, I had an egg on toast, then I had sushi for lunch, and I had thousand year egg and veggie congee.
Wow, I just realized how light all my meals have been today.
Today I had a bowl of porridge for breakfast, mixed doner and chicken kebab in wrap for lunch and pasta bolognese for dinner. Quite a boring selection compared to my last few days but well...money, trees and all those sayings .
Had some homemade sushi for brunch before leaving for uni, then grabbed a bubble tea on my way home. For dinner, I had some duck, omelet and some stir-fried veggies.
Only an omlette at 8AM....I need more food today
I've just had porridge and a bacon, chicken , lettuce and tomato sandwich. Will have some sushi soon and then dinner later. Dunno what though yet...
