been away for a while
just got to read the Golden 23,
many and many more players are being introduced..
now we r left with one more character from the RJ11..
it would be interesting to guess what the character's special ability is..
i wonder with this many talented ppl being introduced..
i guess some of the golden age will have to give way to these RJ11 and the Next age..the final list of 23 players is surely hard to guess now!
anyway lets discuss!
Is that supposed to be Bendtner at the end of the chapter
Gotta love the bubble-gum guy
so that soga dude is better than izawa at headers, and he plays in Brazil.
Dude must be pretty strong... So he should have joined right away. Even with his current level, it's largely enough to be part of Japan.

I guess he wants to be a part of the regulars instead of a bench-warmer (no offense Izawa fans).
My CT experience tells me that we're gonna watch an excellent match between Japan and Denmark.
Congrats for your name color
It's a shame that Yuji Nakazawa didn't make to a Serie A team just like Yuji Soga xD,at least he managed to be in the National team.
Anyway... Besides the good header, Yuji look's a regular defender to me, i'm looking foward to see what he's going to improve to be a golden age defender...
Thanx for the thanx
Super Master, I think Brazil's league isn't called Serie A O.o Do you guys call it like that?
Yeah, in Brazil, they call it the Brasileiro Serie A.
I personally think it will be a high scoring game between Denmark and Japan to show how much other countries have developed whilst the others have been playing in matches. And since Japan wont have Hyuga for this match, Japan will have to rely on Nitta, Perhaps the Futsal Combi if they play upfront, Sorimachi if hes not converted, Sano and some other person. I hope to see development from Nitta though.
Thanx 4 the info ^^
Although I like Nitta too, I really hope a super striker shows / develops.. I was really wishing for Hino.
Yeah, i'm hoping to see Nitta and the Futsal Combi scoring some goals...Also, there's Sano, who is training Futsal techniques, probably he's going to do some important play in the match...
Goal 14: I love bubble-gum guy even more now. We have two funny, perverted forwards for Denmark. That's new and refreshing.
Matsuyama's the captain! Right! Even Tsubasa admitted that he should be in World Youth, so it was logical. I'm surprised to see characters like Nakanishi, Kishida and Taki instead of Yamada, Sakaki and Okano. I guess it's because readers prefer the old characters, but since they will most likely be bench warmers anyway, that wouldn't change anything for them and it'd have been more logical I think. And if readers prefer the old characters, it'd have been better to exclude the Futsal Combi >_>
Considering the list of players, the starting line up is getting pretty obvious and not so surprising, except for the Futsal combi. Disappointing.
Agree with everything Shinji said, particularly:
metrosexual, media star with constant reminders in the papers of who he's dating and what cars or estates he's buying.
LOL at their coach exploding
Concerning the 23 selected, Shinji put it very well - no surprises, which is an unpleasant surprise. Most of the RJ7 were presented as classes above the former Nankatsu players and yet only Yumikura found a place in the selection. Just for comparison, Yamada stopped the Hayabusa Shoot a while ago, while the few times Morisaki faced it, he couldn't even react. And looking at the forwards makes me feel sorry for Japan ... Kisugi? Taki? When have they actually done something that matters since their Nankatsu days with Tsubasa? Not too sure Sorimachi is at international level either, but at least he got a bit of spotlight recently.
This does mean Nitta will be getting a lot of screen-time though As I had predicted before, I say he will score 1 or 2, one from the triple-Ms will score another and the futsal combi will score as well. So I can see this ending 3-1 or 4-1.
