I'm having trouble with how to translate 死留刃阿臨時集会 in this chapter. I know 臨時集会 is a temporary gathering, I'm just not sure about the rest of it. Queenofmuffins suggested it might be the name of something, but I haven't come up with anything that sounds right.
Here's some context that might help - In the first two chapters, the main character (Ageha) was sentenced to death, but she managed to escape from prison, therefore escaping the death penalty. I thought it might be a gathering to celebrate her escaping prison/the death penalty, but I'm just wondering if anyone could suggest a good translation.

Thank you in advance!

Most likely a made up kanji rendering of シルバー (silver).
In Japan, the color silver is commonly used to refer to people of older age. For instance, "Silver seat" (シルバーシート) is the Japanese term for priority elderly seating on buses and trains. I don't really know what the chapter is about, but I see two old women on that page, so I'm pretty sure "Silver Gathering" or any equivalent of that would be a logical choice.
