Stop making me sad Psyren. But I guess it's pretty good for Medaka Box getting colour. I guess they are pimping it because it doesn't seem all that long ago since it's last colour.
I kinda agree with where Psyren is. The last few chapters haven't been too good. It kinda feels like the characters are off on pointless side quests that just end up failing. Like a filler arc except stuff with the villains' side does progress. Which makes the heroes look even more useless. But I suppose it's needed in order to keep the story from finishing too quickly.
Rest is... whatever. HXH is low of course due to the hiatuses keeping its main readers as people who read the tankoubons because of how complex the story is, everyone knows that.
Rilienthal's probably gonna be canceled eventually... Shinigami might, might not. It will probably last a little longer. The other new mangas are all still unranked.
Medaka's last color was Issue 8 2010. The Vomic was also announced in that issue I believe so that probably played a part in it. Although this color page was a surprise to me. I was only expecting color for the upcoming 1 year anniversary and the eventual popularity poll that happens around that point in serialization.
I'm also curious about who is actually more popular between Zenkichi and Medaka.
I see more amounts of retarded claims on other sites so I end up spending more time talking about the series there. Plus I didn't want to turn this into an agony thread when things looked bad last year like the Akaboshi supporters did. >_>
As much as I'd love to be more of a smug bastard, MH hasn't been bad enough to warrant it like other places. I'm fine with making my comments here and there and leaving it at that.
Anyway, I've noticed for a long time people have been carving up Psyren's tombstone, but at the end of the day it still lives. With the current state of the newcomers which drop like flies, is there really any point in being worried about a yo-yo like Psyren?
I don't think it's in immediate danger, but there's always going to be some trepidation when a series is kind of on rocky footing. Still, the fact that it's getting a drama CD bodes well for its immediate future.
I was. I may still be. I've fallen way behind, chapter 34 was the last I read. I need to catch up on lot's of mangas
I found out that Stop!! Hibari-kun (serialized in Shonen Jump from 1981 to 1983) going to release its final chapter in complete version tankouban. It takes 27 years to actually finish the series.
The winner was Metalica Metalica and Crown! came in second, but far as I know, no word has been said about when or if they will be serialized.
I don't know what it's for, some type of lottery, I just like the flash player showing most of the series, I thought it was cool.
Well people are going to submit their own ideas for the name of the new magazine so there will be a winner.
That's what I meant by lottery.
Which chapter was it of Psyren that was so disliked anyway?
