Miura and Inoue, thanks to Griffith at skullknight.net.
Just found this website which lists a lot of mangaka and their pictures (not very big, but better than nothing) It's pretty nice because there are pictures from their representative works next to their own picture.
Here's one I uploaded to the MH gallery since I had to use it for a news post
It's Satou Fumiya, the mangaka of Kindaichi Shounen no Jikenbo
Thanks for the share sala. Great website alot of pics I havent seen before. Now if only someone could manage to get a photo of Tsugumi Ohba.XD

No problem Ohba Tsugumi would be hard to get - no-one even knows his/her gender! However, there are rumors that he and Gamou Hiroshi are one and the same person, so if you come across any pictures of Gamou Hiroshi, you might be looking at Ohba-sensei Can't find any pictures of Gamou either, though
Also, I think it is most likely confirmed that Gamou is Ohba Tsugumi. When you look at Ohba's version of name for Bakuman, the artwork is identical with Gamou.
Kakifly is a dude, I had no idea and surprised by this. This whole time I thought K-On was written by a female. He did a great job with the first series of K-On! The college years are going to start soon, I can't wait to read them.
He's not a mangaka but I don't care because it's Sasaki Hisashi at comic-con.
Isayama Hajime, mangaka of Shingeki no Kyojin:
I knew the mangaka for SnK was young, but the photo still surprises me. I can imagine him hanging around at Harajuku or Shibuya, and he would fit right in seamlessly (appearance-wise anyway).
I never expect mangaka to be fashionable. I expect them all to look like Go Nagai or Toriyama Akira. Whenever I see a Kubo, Matsui, Hiro Mashimoto, or Isayama I am a little surprised.
Yeah, it's a running joke among mangaka that their wardrobe consists of grey sweatshirts and pants - according to Shinohara Kenta anyway. LOL They're indoors most of the time so they wouldn't need to get dressed.
However, Anno Moyoco is quite fashionable and has written a few beauty books apart from manga.
I think Hoshino Katsura and Yellow Tanabe could pass for sisters....o_O
Its really exciting to these seemingly ordinary people of such legendary or popular manga. Though a lot of pictures were quite old.
Looking at the mangaka for Shingeki no Kyojin, he looks a little like the main protagonist. :P
Thanks a lot to all the posters! Many pictures may have been old, but funny nonetheless. XD Some did fit some of their manga counter-parts, some my own thoughts, some completely off. haha There are a lot of newer pictures on MyAnimeList too. Hadn't thought that Masahito Soda was a man drawing such an intense ballet manga.
Syun Matsuena, the mangaka of HSDK, I always wondered what he looked like.
^^Um, here is the link to where his picture can be seen, sadly it will not hotlink from MU.
Also Toyokazu Matsunaga, the writer of Bakane Young, Ryuguden and one of my current favorites Paperakyu.
Miura and Inoue again:
