So I think he meant, what kind of drawing tools does Oda use?
Lets say I have no idea, but maybe somebody else can tell us ^^

There's a lot of info on it in the Blue Data Book...
On pg 140-141 it shows the drawing tools he uses.
He has something called the Oda Special, which he made the staff of himself.
He uses a normal B pencil for rough sketching and he has a .9mm mechanical pencil for drafting.
He draws most of the people with the G-pen and the backgrounds with a Maru-pen...
And he uses a Tombo MONO plastic eraser (which is without a doubt the best eraser on the planet, everyone uses this)
He also has a kneaded eraser and Misnon correction fluid.
Anyways on pgs 142-149 it shows how he goes from the name to the finished manuscript, which is also pretty interesting...
