This site, no this entire world will experience pain very soon.
In 2012, the world will end.
Even Oku (Gantz Manga Author) believes in this.
He said he'll most likely form an ending for his Gantz manga in the year 2012.
The world ending in the Gantz plot was proof of his claim.
He wants to show that he believes in this insane Apocalypse.
The world will end in 2012. Go to youtube and type:
END OF THE WORLD 2012. You'll see I'm not making this stuff up.
Don't believe me? Post your questions?
I'll answer them ALL!!!!

The whole 2012 thing is just another big hoax. Its no different than the thousands of other claims about the world ending. Remember 2000?
There is absolutely no scientific evidence that supports anything catastrophic will happen that year. The Mayans were not psychics who could see into the future, they were just really good astronomers for their time (we are better now than they were then fyi), no giant planet has been spotted behind the sun that will slam into Earth (we would be able to see it clearly by now if there was one), and if you're into Nostradamus well then you should know that he got a lot of predictions wrong as well. If you make a lot of predictions and make them very vague then you are bound to have some come true. This is exactly what he did.
surley the sun will raise from the west as i believe , but i assure you no matter how hard they try to speculate the exact time of the day of judgement they will fail , im not against science but this no one will know about it because i believe the day the sun raises from the west its the DAY .
Moving this thread to the World Topics Forum

Indeed, I have a feeling that OP is a troll but this could lead to a serious discussion nevertheless, hence why I gave it a try in the WTF.
The volcanic erruption in Iceland is only the start.
Basically the thread starter.
opening post/ opening poster
Well, whatever world you live in, I do have a feeling that the world that I live in which is the U.S. is about to come crashing down. The financial status of the U.S. isn't looking good. Although many are saying that the U.S. is in a depression, others are saying that the U.S. has entered into a kondratiev winter. That's basically the start of a depression.
The depression is being made worse as the Federal Government is trying to step in and throw money at the problem thinking that things will better itself. Somehow, I feel as if the U.S. is becoming more and more of a hostile place to live even if one is a citizen.
So, it's debatable whether the world is coming to an end or not. I know that mine, the U.S., is coming to a close. Let's see how long the U.S. could tarry on?
Maybe that predicted 2014 revolution will save the US.
I think the innate desire by various groups for the end of the world is more interesting than the doomsday predictions themselves. Why do some obsess over the end? I was watching some TV programs discussing potential doomsday scenarios and the bright future of the survivors in an altered world. I doubt this sort of perspective represents a universal perspective, but I can't help but wonder if some people look at doomsday as an escape.
