Gouda Takeo is a freshman in high school. (Both estimates) Weight: 120kg, Height: 2 meters. He spends his days peacefully with his super-popular-with-girls, yet insensitive childhood friend, Sunakawa. One morning, on the train to school, Takeo saves a girl, Yamato, from being molested by a pervert. Could this be the beginning of spring for Takeo?
I checked out the first episode of this last night. Had a bit of Angel Densetsu feel to it.
Pretty good. The main guy is extremely likable and funny. Not sure about everybody else but I'm willing to give it a shot.

I have a feeling that this one is gonna be hilariously enjoyable.
The characters are good and the main one is simply.....unique. LOL
Let's see if he will finally get a girlfriend.
Excellent, one of the best premiere so far. The main cast is likable, I enjoyed every second of it. The OP and ED are good too.
But seriously, she asks for his e-mail and he concludes that she's more interested in his friend? I don't know if I should find it funny or feel bad for him.
Poke me if the quality keeps up and I might consider giving it a shot. At the moment, I don't really want to gamble on this, since the MC doesn't fit my bishounen standards by any means. So, it'll have to be at least Ao Haru Ride good for me to try.
Takeo doesn't get it even when she tells him that she wants to be with him alone, depending on what happens next episode he might finally understand. I guess Suna will start helping him, he might be the one who suggested Yamato to ask for a date alone.
Oh....so Yamato might have indeed fallen in love with Takeo...
Or maybe there's something else going on, even though I doubt that's the case.
Either it was a funny episode and Takeo is simply an awesome character.
Now, let'see what will happen in the next episode.
This series is sneaky good. I thought it was going to draw out the comedy of errors thing but Suna played cupid Takeo and resolved that; and if anything it's gotten funnier because of it.
Well, that esclated quicly, but I'm glad that Takeo finally found a girl who reciprocated his feelings.
However now I'm wondering what will happen from now on....I mean, the MC already has a girlfriend and the show will last for 24 episodes more...
I do hope that nothing bad will happen between the two of them....
Either way, I'm definitely looking forward to watching the next episode.
P.S: I loved how Takeo looked like a titan when he came out from under the bed. XD
Suna truly is a nice guy.
Based Suna, helping them and tranquilly returning to his table . He rejected all those girls because they were criticizing his friend .
Him meeting her friends is going to be great. Her parents even more so. Looking forward to both those things. All the stuff like that is going to be pretty great just by virtue of how entertaining the characters are.
That's why I don't think this series really needs to manufacture drama the same way others might. Takeo seems to be able to make everyday life pretty entertaining on it's own.

Damn, this has to be one of the top 3 most heartwarming series ever.
The meetup with her friends took a surprisingly dramatic twist too, but just came around to be twice as heartwarming as before.
