I need a little help with this one sentence:
転職 ＝ てんしょく change a job, resign
手土産 ＝ てみやげ present, thank you gift
I understand all the words, but somehow I just can't translate the sentence. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
This here too:
産業 ＝ industrial spy
強制わいせつ ＝ indecent assault
クビ程度 ＝ ？
生ぬるい ＝ ？
It'd be great if someone could help me.
If you need to know the context, just tell me.
Thanks in advance!

"That's why you can't make it your present to us for opening"
"your new food company now, seeing your rival's taste."
"Being an industrial spy"
"and committing molestry,"
"even dismissal will be too soft for your penalty!"
Just as some suggestions from my part~ And yeah, content would be good... .-.
So (or Therefore) you can no longer take it* with you when you move to (or when you start working for) our rival company, Ajinomae Foods.
it*: Seishiro's research, the sweetener that does not cause tooth decay.

Ooops, plz change from "longer" to "no longer."
@Ju-da-su: Thanks so much for the translation. I really appreciate it.
@mikkih: Thank you very very much. I really had problems with that part.
@mote: I thought maybe it could be translated without knowing the context. ^^
I didn't know that "Ajinomae Food" was the name of the rival company. This is the first time I hear of it. So even if I'd told you the context, it wouldn't have helped.
But you're right. I'll make sure to write the context the next time. ^^
