I've decided to translate that particular bullet point section, since, according to the blogger, these are "technically considered (wink cough)" spoilers from Hoshino's recent interview. O___o The LaB bullet point was just one part of the cake, apparently... (Where is this interview?)
7/6 correction thanks to riki's post in other thread. ->・ The "SQ.LaB" story is the exact opposite of D.Gray-Man's story. The setting takes place in a modern-looking downtown, which looks like it's going to be in the hero genre. [Or, superhero?]
・Afterwords, Lavi and Allen are going to be facing big tribulations, so, we should anticipate how that develops.
・Allen, who left the Black Order, is going to have a team that is able to be more precise...[?]
(Tgirl: This second half of this sentence is a little weird to me since it's a bit vague.)
・After experiencing with a variety of characters, Road is said to have a more active role in the future. She didn't die by the Apocryphos' attack, because she disappeared. Is Kanda not dead? He's likely to come back in the future?
I think the bottom portion contains stuff we already know or figure out easily. Looking forward to seeing this interview in its entirety wherever it is.
I'm not surprised about Road having a more active role in the story as she seems to hold some secrets. Heee.. I can't wait to see that! ^^;

Thanks for the translation!
It looks like it's confirmed that the one-shot is not related to DGM then.
^ You're welcome. ^__^ I wouldn't rule that possibility out just yet. The DGM characters could still show up. They're just not hunting down Akuma in an 18th century setting. They could be hunting down thieves in the 21st cenury for all we know.
We'll still have to simply wait and see.
yup, I think I'd like it if it really has something to do with DGM!! anyway DGM related or not I just hope it's something good and worth the waiting time and the time that it stole from DGM!! ^ ^
Somehow, I don't think anything is worth time stolen from D.Gray-Man. However, Hoshino usually takes me by surprise, so I will wait and see. If it's something modern, I'm very interested in it. I just hope it doesn't take place in a school setting, since that's way too common it seems. I think it would be interesting to see this one-shot have a female main character, like Zone.
yup!! I don't think that any one-shot can make me happier than reading a good (and 30+ pages for god's sake) chapter of DGM!! ^ ^ but let's just hope we're not disappointed in the end!!
since we'll have one shot anyway, I also don't prefer a school thing, but I'd like it if the main character is still a boy/man!!
badass and with a little sadistic character!!
ah, or maybe it's already said that we have a female main character!!

I'm really surprised that no one has posted this yet.
See the blue haired girl in the top right corner. That's your main character for the oneshot.
Also SHOCK HORROR! A SMILING KANDA!
Post number 7 by Riki has that link and i also posted the capture in DGM hang-out days ago.
Ah well, my apologies. At least it's in a relevant place now.
Ok, ok, about @Sensei42's post:
In the small pics down Kanda: which one is Hoshino's oneshot? Because the oneshot is not about Kanda, or is it?
Nope, the one-shot takes place in modern time. tgirl has a translation in a previous post
I'm thinking... maybe the oneshot main character is the girl with the blue hair next to Kanda in this image: http://jumpsq.shueisha.co.jp/contents/lab/index.html ???
Because drawing looks similar, although i dont like that girl... ¬_¬'
Yes, you're correct. The girl is the main character of the one-shot
Raw is out (110 Mb): http://www.filesonic.com/file/1436796341/Kaiten.zip
