I don't understand the exact meaning of what seems to be a common expression いっぺんシメとくか (at least I saw quite a few hits on google for いっぺんシメてやる). My problem is that the words here have too many meanings.
Anyway, this line is said by someone after expressing disgust about his friend's sexual fantasies.

And another question, 出し惜しみもクソもねえ. Google also gives a lot of hits for XXもクソもない, but no real explanation of what it means.

As for the first, from context, I think the シメる intended was this: http://zokugo-dict.com/12si/simeru.htm
I'm not sure but「いっぺんシメとくか」(~とく is ~ておく) could be like "do you want me to kill you?"-ish threat or warning.
Regard the latter, I found this on Y!Dict:
Thank you! Got the first one, still not sure about the second one.
Does this mean that the expression XXもクソもない is used to belittle XX? Like "No need to worry about XX", "XX is nothing"?
On my dictionaries, entry for 糞:

don't know the context, but could be like "it has nothing to do with gruding money/not wanting to pay"
* Shall we punish/beat him once? <If the speaker is talking to someone.>
* I guess I may need to punish/beat him once. <If the speaker is talking to himself.>
<The translation varies depend on the context.>
* It's not time to be so unwilling.
* It's ridiculous to hide/reserve (your power or whatever).
