How is it weird that I conceded that Kano has a wider variety of techniques, superior speed, finesse/skill over Koukin while noting he still could effectively deal with these factors that would potentially put him at a disadvantage in a one on one fight against Kano. I don't understand how that would be weird, but if that's how you feel okay. Yes, I've conceded to said points, but I just don't believe those several factors would enough to conclude that Kano is superior considering Koukin has his own strong points which you conceded to, and he would effectively in all likely hood have counter measures for dealing with the potential disadvantages that would pose him fighting Kano whether it be speed or finesse or different techniques etc. Also, where did you get impression that I've been insinuating that Kano couldn't deal with Koukin's limited array of techniques, probably inferior speed, and lesser skill......?

Taking every thing into consideration I believe during the time period that Kano died, and Koukin was first introduced right after the tournament they were more or less equals in fighting prowess given all the evidence the manga has provided. I will not concede to the notion that Kano is superior. I implore you to reason. How much longer must we argue ....

Kenichi Ova 3 is out
Hey guys, in case you were unaware there was a server crash and we lost some threads. The staff is working to bring them back so there's no need to recreate them at the moment, thanks.
Any idea when the next chapter will get here?
I think that matsuena is taking a break everytime his second series come out.
I just thought about this, but can master's use all the techniques they teach their disciples?
Wow! That was a good chapter! I don't remember the last time HSD Kenichi had me excited at the end of the chapter!
When Kensei started praising the growth of the two for having touched him I thought "Damn, the same old shit...", and then Ryuuto appears trying to rip Kensei's eye out!!! Whoa!!! I hope he succeed....
Wow, that was plain epic....
I am surprised that ryuto was not paralized... I guess he was super meditating until he could find a way to use his combined ki? It is quite impressive that he would be so determined to master this that he actually spent so much time sitting.
It makes sense but I am surprised that kensei did not actually aim to kill kenichi. He was truly happy to see the two of them go to such extent. Truly a most disturbing love for martial arts that kensei has going on there. What surprised me the most was that they actually managed to take advantage of the openings left by kensei. Kenichi touched him (which is a borderline miracle) and ryuto landed a full hit. I would have thought than an opening left by a master would last less than what a disciple could react in.
I wonder to what extent did ryuto do some damage. Kensei took a blown to the head however it was still a disciple.... Will it pierce? If the attack worked then kensei is dead which is a somewhat disturbing turn for ryuto as the first person he would have killed would be his master. Perhaps the hit will be what allows tanaka to actually have a chance against kensei if he does appear.

I guess that at a bare minimum kensei lost an eye here. Interestingly this battle will help kensei grow stronger. even without his eye he got his weaknesses pierced into him by his disciple.
One weird thing is that koukin's and ryuto's eyes do look the same now. I wonder if koukin was somehow naturally using some form of seido goutsui. He always was a tad weird, he had both traits of sei and dou users when fighting.
perfect chapter, just perfect.
cannot understand how this manga hasnt continued animated by now, that chapter was dope as fuck!
That was an excellent chapter, a disciple attacking a Super-master and actually getting somewhere. I have huge respect for the void in ability between the class of martial artists (disciple to master) and this was an acceptable way for that void to be overcome. Though I was thinking Kenichi was gonna transfer Kenseis force like Koukin did when Kenichi finally got Koronukui through
