i think supernovas are like in OP they are from different factions and they categorize them by that "4 Supernovas"
1. Yi Gyu-Bum (the butler)
2.Mun-Gi (the guy that cuts his own hands after saying sorry to GMR)
i don't know who are the other 2
Kan Ha-Il on the other hand is like 2nd place to Yi Gyu-Bum (the butler) in "Sunwoo clan" "Highly regarded to me has a lot of meaning so i don't know what they are talking about in PAGE 15

I believe that elder Kwon wants to use Shioon alive, as a living puppet who would be in charge of everything(although elder Kwon would be leading all the strings from behind).
With this elder Kwon would be left off the hook, if something bad happens(bad decision from elder Kwon) and give all the blame at their new "naive" head - Shioon.

One thing is clear, Shioon isn't a Murim who would think like them. He has already shown that he is compassionate. Anyone except me is excited to see him as a Leader and what decision he will take. I am not sure about the direction of this manga but can it be Shioon will try to revolutionize the world of Martial Arts?
He'll probably add some rules, at least, but I don't know. Revolutionize the world of Martial Arts is a pretty big thing to do, and with the Alliance who are _supposed_ to restrict fights to certain areas etc. I don't think there's much he can do but, for example, prevent the Sunwoo's from dealing a killing blow if they've won a fight or somehing.
the one on the right side of the guy with shades looks like Kan Ha-Il just add a hat and some piercings
I think that nona girl will become another regular face and hover around shioon..i can see shioon learning things from the homeless doctor..idk why he didnt in the first place seemed like a good deal to me.
i do think his ki center is destroyed but will be fixed, but thats gonna be later as a form of upgrade..
Geeez! What were they thinking??!
Sera's plan was to try to flush out who was coming to the party to protect Shiwoon...
I get it that she wasn't really expecting Nine Arts Dragon, but she was expecting someone strong to show up. If this is the case, why are the people in masks so weak?! Or... is there someone else in the wings waiting to show up?
Or perhaps she actually was planning on not killing Shioon anyway. Ji-gun also seems to have not really wanted to kill Shioon either... what with "Hmm ~ Did I overdo it?" If you are planning on killing someone, there is no such thing as overdoing it.
Is it possible that Sera actually doesn't like these Jang-Moon people and wanted them taken down a notch or two? Shioon's expected protectors would just provide a convenient avenue for it to happen.
Never thought of it that way but you're right about Ji-Gun not really planning on killing him either. Following your link and changing page he even proposed to stop fighting with Shioon because "You don't plan to just die here do you?" which indicates that instead of killing Shioon he wants to trigger him to train so he can become even stronger - or maybe find a way to restore his ki-centre.
I'm beginning to believe that Sera and Ji-Gun were not really intending to kill Shioon and were just planning to trigger a confrontation between Jang-Moon and Shioon's unknown protectors.
Sera planned this out quite a bit and so that she could get away with it:
1. she declined to kill Shioon when provided the opportunity and
2. she warned Jang-Moon not to as well (fully expecting the protectors to be present)
For Ji-Gun to get away with it he:
1. offered Shioon the opportunity to stop the fight as well as...
2. conceding defeat and leaving when Shioon collapsed.
It's not like they are totally off the hook with Shioon's unknown protectors but as far as the Murim are concerned, they behaved above reproach and showed mercy. They even gave him a week to get ready for the fight.
Jang-Moon though is in a lot of trouble unless:
1. They have stronger backup somewhere close
2. Shioon shows mercy to them.
Nice observation Wowzers. Correct me if I am wrong, wasn't the point of allowing him a week was to draw Goomoonryong out? During the fight, Ji-Gun realized that Shioon was telling the truth and he has no ties with Goomoonryong anymore.
