Team Chocolate Love vs. Team Magic Muscles
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Love
Aikawa Love is a Visored and former Captain of the 7th Division. Love is a laid-back and easy-going man, usually reading Shōnen Jump or some of Lisa's erotic manga in his spare time, more often than not, spoiling a piece of the story by quoting lines and explaining what the character meant by it in a dramatic, tough-guy demeanor, almost as if he was an actor rehearsing movie lines.
Love's zanpakutō is named Tengumaru. His shikai transforms it into a large kanabō reminiscent of a black cactus, twice the size of Love. Tengumaru has the ability to project fire from its tip.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Zommari
Zommari Rureaux, the Seventh (Septima) Espada and the self proclaimed “fastest espada,” moves so fast that he is able to make image clones of himself. His Resurrección, Brujería, gives him an odd appearance in which from the waste down he becomes pumpkin-shaped and develops several eyes all over this body. In this state, he is not only able to defend himself in a spherical ball but can also use Amor in which he can take control over something for each corresponding eye on his body. His deadly combination of speed and control makes him a tricky opponent to face.

this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Tessai
Tsukabishi Tessai, former captain of the Kidō Corps in Soul Society, is a quiet, stern, intelligent, and level-headed man who also has a sentimental side. His strongest area of shinigami combat is obviously kidō and his skills with this are almost unrivaled. He has demonstrated the ability to use various high-level kidō at full power with complete control, including a level 99 Bakudō and level 88 Hadō spell, both without incantation. Tessai has also been shown to be a very capable physical fighter, exhibiting impressive physical strength and durability in unarmed combat.
this keeps the others ones nicely aligned Chad
Yasutora Sado (aka Chad) is a quiet human teenager with a soft spot for cute things. Despite his large, intimidating presence, he has a tendency to be bullied because he rarely fights back. That is, unless someone he cares about is threatened, in which case he will put all of his efforts into protecting them. Chad is much stronger and faster than the average human and has an unnaturally high resistance to damage. Chad's awakened spiritual ability has manifested in the form of armored arms (Brazo Derecha de Gigante and Brazo Izquierda del Diablo). He is also able to use the special attacks El Directo and La Muerte.

Toughy. Individual Tessai could really take either or rather simply. Maybe a bit of difficulty here or there, but overall he's got the arsenal to down either. Chad however is no Ishida and stands no chance against Zommari, meaning Tessai's effectively gotta take both.
Admittedly Chad might do a little better against Love, against blunt force he's not totally screwed. However suffice to say once mask comes out he's boned.
Tessai's trolling has to end here and now - we know nothing of his speed, whereas Zommari and masked Love should both be regarded as on a pretty high level speed wise. He possesses immense Kido skills, but how much of this skill is directed towards battle prowess, and how much towards other possible functions? Is he THAT much better than a high level Shinigami Captain in offensive Hado? If Kido was as much of an auto win as some people seem to think, I would be sure that more Captain class Shinigami would use it more frequently than a binding spell here and there to catch an enemy off guard, and very occasionally a Hado spell.
Imo, the best gift Tessai has in this fight is that neither opponent knows that he is a Kido master beforehand, and so they might not feel the need to attack him quickly from the beginning, giving him the chance to use a high level binding spell on one of them. However, I don't think he'll trap both before they become aware of his power, by which time they will know to use their speed and attack hard and fast, not allowing him the time required to bind them.
I will go with Team Chocolate Love. Although my heart says Tessai will be a great opponent but we haven't seen enough of him to base my decision. Chad may have gotten stronger but Zommari should be more powerful than him.
I don't get why the two Kido specialists do so well in matchups against proficient, balanced, CQC based opponents. It degrades into a "oh, they'll just use a barrier to protect them, and then use an offensive Kido".
Not to mention that Kido is powered by Reiatsu. There's no reason to believe Tessai has significantly more than a normal captain class Shinigami, and thus, the power won't be much more either. He has more options, but Kido is NOT the end all, ultimate Shinigami proficiency that beats everything. There's a reason Shinigami study all aspects, because no one form will get you far enough to compete with other high level opponents.
So how such strong team as Chocolate Love was beaten by Toxic Arrow? The Toxic Arrow was on of the weakest in this Tournament and now we see that they can speedblitz and easily bit Tessai and Chad, but they couldn't do the same to Mayuri and Ishida...
Love and zommari are great team but as random mentioned uryu is very well countered against him..then mayuri s bankai is usefull against all teams so far.
Tessai has shown nothing at all in manga to even consider being in this tournament.. or even get this far or for people to claim he solos people..
Choc love wins this due to zommari amor and loves raw power
I'd say that it would come down to abilities if the opponents are equal, but any of Chocolate Love was individually stronger than Mayuri and especially Uryu. It wouldn't even come to abilities, cause they would be just speedblitzed and sliced by faster and stronger opponents.
As a better example about the fight between the people with an equal level I would say Hisagi between Kira. Here we can see that it comes down to their respective abilities.
But Zomari is so stronger than Ishida that he doesn't even need to consider Uryu' abilities.
And the same is with Love against Mayuri.

Honestly? I'm totally unimpressed with Chocolate Love. Zommari is an idiot with his ability and Love just hasn't done anything impressive. He never hit Stark or Aizen particularly hard, and he has the most fragile of masks. Tessai passes around high level kido without incantation like it's candy. And we're talking SERIOUS Kido. The kind that One-Shots captains. I just don't see him losing to a pair of underwhelming opponents.
tessai solos this again,
its a shame that whoever wins this match is 3rd place because team magic muscles should of been 2nd with big guns 1st
Winning over Barragon is reasonable. He knows teleporation, the ability that killed Barragon already and one he's proven to use it to to a far greater capacity than Hachi.
Only thing wrong with it is him needing to figure out. Which falls down to how much Barragon is being retarded. Given he can't do damage remotely close to a condensed shot of Soifon's bankai either, it's not like he has to worry about Murderous rage screwing him over.
Granted you can argue to scale was shifted far too much to Barragon, but Ichigo's Winning over Starrk was far more stupid.
Regardless of Barragan's arrogance, he still likes to display his power. As much as he stalled later, he attacked Soi Fon with Respira once right off the bat, if that happened to Tessai, he won't be dodging.
I would have to agree there. At the same time, I expected it considering how I read posts about Dangai Ichigo.Quote:
Anyhoo, on topic here. Team Chocolate Love is the only team with TWO captain class people on the same team, Kido alone I don't believe is enough for one, let alone two. Toss in some Vaizardness on one side and hax on the other, and Tessai can't win here.
