OK I dig my old request to reduce the auto merging delay. If I do so, it's because I have subscribed at the Color page thread and the merging is really inconvenient there. Oberon posts are huge and although it's nice to see all covers again, it's not really practical and most of the time we have to scroll 3 or 4 of the old big posts to reach the new ones. This would all be solved by decreasing the delay to 1 or 2 days which is completely sufficient to prevent the spam.
We have already made it clear that the automerge function is a useful tool for preventing double posts. Under no circumstances will the allowed time between posts be reduced to a period as short as one or two days.

It's just one or two threads for covers, just saying. I just wait till I'm home, if being on a mobile phone is the problem here.
FYI, Arlong Park have activated the plugin just fine on their board.
Tapatalk Forum App, we'll consider the possibilities and decide whether or not we'll install Tapatalk or another mobile forum application and, in such a case, how we'll implement it.
my sports website is PHPbb and we have a mobile app that doesnt cost us jack squat
now vbulletin is a bit less buggy and doesnt have the spam problems, but is it really 800 more per license to be able to run a mobile app?

i am speaking from the perspective of someone who both posts on a website run by others, and runs a message board website
on boards that have alot of traffic, double-posting is largely viewed as spam, so by merging someones post with the previous post, thus making it look like the same post (with the post added on XXXX date auto message) all it is doing is reducing clutter. i promise you that if you guys allowed double posting you would have more people complaining , than those who are complaining about the auto-merge
one thing you have to keep in mind when administrating a message board, is that you cannot make every poster happy, thus it is better to always consider what is better for the site itself
Tapatalk are currently beta testing their latest update for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...talk.tapatalk4
Maybe the opportunity to play with it, will help convince y'all
We will not be using taptalk.
I love the new "view edit versions" feature, it's a new one... right? :E
Edit: Come on, it wasn't always clickable, was it? :P

No, it's not, it's a default vBulletin feature, members can see the edit history of their own posts by clicking on "Last edited by..." text.
i wish there was a better interface for uploading script to archive, i dunno about others but to add every single one individually is really getting to me.
