Actually as great it was to see Shioon wasn't all traumatized like those SUC guys thought he would be I can't help but feel that the pacing of this chapter was waaaaayyy too slow with not much actually happening. I mean if Shioon was going to fight back then what was the point of wasting time with that friend of his protecting him and then running away. This whole chapter could have been condensed to half of what it was so as to have more story or action in it rather than just end with "OMG I punched him". I mean I usually try to look at the good things in a chapter but the pacing and the feeling at the end of "That's it, nothing more" really killed this chapter for me. Oh and trust me I can deal with slow pacing after all my favorite manga of all time right now is Bleach and even I'm aware that Kubo sometimes goes at a really slow pace but at least he leaves with you great cliffhangers that make you want to keep on reading but this ending is something you would expect to see in the middle of a chapter not use it as the ending
@Shamy, it's not funny! Raw just appeared on daum and already stupid people stole and posted on this site. You want than daum shut down free access and we waited next chapter a few months?!
I'll be damned. That was unexpected.
Still, I doubt a single normal punch will K.O. him, but we will see.
Fucking shown again. Also, translations are much easier to post if I write the Notepad in post format (with the quote code) than typing it out and then making the quotes, silly me.
P.S. The translations of the last few pages regarding fighting (especially Asian Kimbo Slice's lesson) may be a bit off. Forgive me.

A good chapter, despite much doubt from quite a few people .
Anyway, since Junho had no problems holding him at bat, I'm guessing that Changho's true level should be around that of Junho, who's fairly low in the foodchain of the Murim...
Thanks to Chicken's translation we now can lay to rests any doubts in our belief that the SUC was indeed a farce. I still really want to see the ringleaders of that group, the individuals who actually know martial arts, or even the man masquerading as the 9 arts dragon.
That being said, can one punch from Shioon without Ki really take out Changho?
An excellent chapter which did surprise me, I'm loving these brief flashbacks with 9AD and the other master from Sunwo. Shioon really outdid himself this time and I see the similarity from 9AD's fight in part 1 when he was crippled to this one. Sooner or later Shioon will reach 9AD'S level and epicness, so just be patient. The mystery behind S.U.C. has been cleared up too, well some of it since we don't know the mastermind yet.
A berserk Shioon is just not Shioon. It contradicts his character too much for it to become a reality. Us readers already saw the contrast between Shioon and 9AD in part 1, thus its improbable. Shioon brings 9AD back to his senses after Shiho's unfortunate death. Shioon is in a way the ideal type of martial artist, gentle and doesn't wish to abuse his new-found murim abilities. (Reminds me of Spiderman for some reason)
The pacing of the story has improved, but it is understandable since the transition from monthly to weekly takes some skill and time to perfect. If some people could handle the pacing of Bleach, then they should be able to handle New Waves pacing. Besides give New Waves 300+ more chapters before coming to a conclusion of whether its good or bad, that is if it lasts that long.
I do find it quite sad how some people find it necessary to send hate-mail and the like to the author. It's extremely selfish and immoral to do so, just because the story doesn't develop the way you want to is simply no excuse.
Furthermore, if people are so passionate about the plot that they send the author hate-mail , then wouldn't that energy be better spent writing their own manwha/manga rather than complaining about one. There's a difference between complaining and constructive criticism.
P.S. Well the ironic part is that haters always make the objects they hate more popular.

That was back then, though, when Shiwoon had his ki (granted, I don't think he actually used it to punch ChangHo) and ChangHo didn't have his faux-martial arts training.

That was an excelent work and on top of that even in such a short amount of time, I have become speechless... thank you
With a work like this, I think that we would never have any problems. We are pleased to watch the manhwa for free, the author would be happy becouse we are reading it at his official site and we would understand what is going on with translations wich are so well done and organized (page after page).
About this chapter:
Shioon has shown that his progress is really something only he is able to do. He will surely be the best someday.
After some time I believe that Shioon would get even stronger, enough to get someone like ChangHo at his knees with only the evil glare

However, I believe that Shioon'll walk out unharmed (or fairly unharmed, at least) out of this one. Why? Well, according to ChaoticKen's translation, Sera says that Shioon's existence is the only threat to SUC, and as such, I hardly doubt that this fact will be deconstructed (if that's the word?) so soon after. If anything, with this chapter and probably the following one, Shioon is if anything confirmed to be a threat to SUC. A fake and real disciple of Goomoonryong facing each other and the real one beats the fake without ki AND with his arm in a sling to boot? That'd make'em worried, indeed.
