And I like Horror, but so few films are truly good or inventive. I like the psychological-horror more than shit jumps out and spooks you horror.

They aren't just eating when they attack living things, it's the virus/infection programming them to infect others...it's a vehicle for infection. And they wouldn't eat non-living things for the same reason we don't, there's no sustenance in it.
The biological system of a dead person should not be functioning..so how come a non functioning system needs sustenance??

The virus infects the brain and reanimates the brain stem. Basic motor skills are possible. I'm not exactly clear on whether they digest the food...though I imagine they do in some way...since they burn calories like a living being.

Ah...I played ever RE through 4, big fan of the series. I think the movies are mediocre, but that's because I'm nerd fanboy. If they actually took the first movie and made it true to the first game, it would have been amazing and much better than the direction it's gone...just my opinion though.

But The Walking Dead is awesome

Bro! I'm a big fan of RE too but I really hated the latest one alot... The were focusing on the shitty 3D instead of making a good story. Extinction was fine though
So ... Should I watch the walking dead?

Yeah, the movies are good as action flicks, but don't satisfy this fanboy

I'll give it a try then.
I have "The three musketeers" waiting... So after watching it, I'll watch the walking dead.
P.S: Paranormal Activity sucked too hard. I watched it yesterday and I was about to smash the screen when it was done.
They called it a horror film, I call it a comedy skit.

Those type of docu-style movies seem popular. I've never seen Paranormal Activity, someone gave me the DVD but I never got around to it. Blair Witch Project is the original and probably the best.

Yeah Walking Dead is what a zombie story should be...it can't be resolved in 2 hours...it's ongoing, etc. 28 Days Later is an amazing movie though.

I've seen 28 days later. It was OK. Not that good but a watchable movie.
I think the reason I hated Paranormal Activity movies is that I don't get scared... If you don't get scared, you wont have fun watching a "horror" movie. I remember watching the first Exorcist movie when I was a little kid... It scared the shit out of me... (I think I was 3-4 years old).

    Pissed you off?

I think the Exorcist is comical now

The only horror movie from that time that still can scare is Halloween. There are some older silent films that are freaky, like Nosferatu, etc.
