Yes, really interested/always looking forward. 関心頻り
I'm forgetting the context as always~ ;p
This is the whole text:
And the context is, it's an afterword where the author talks about the character called 幽香(Yuuka). As far as i know, the character's trait is canonically and fanonically different. Some portray her as a "ドS" while some other portray her as a rebellious and kind of an S, etc.
While I'm at it, could anyone shed some light about "焦らし抜かと関心しきりです。", the last line?

I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is that lines 2-4 are something along the lines of, "I'm constantly wondering if it really irritates you (readers), wondering why the Yuuka who appears in your dreams is always so docile and if it's because she's really S."
焦らし抜 = 焦らし抜き = really/thoroughly irritate? <-- my conjecture
Hopefully someone with better skills comes along to clarify
Thanks! I think I understand 関心しきり now.
As for 焦らし抜か, I'm still not truly sure if what Saladesu's suggestion really fits. I was researching it myself and it seems the phrase has something to do with 18+ stuff? Could this be true? Sorry, the context I gave must be too vague, dunno how to word it in a clearer manner.

関心is used as a noun, so it should not be followed by する
感心する would be fine though ...
The basic form: これがAかと感心しきりです。
これがAかと感心する --> これがAというものなのだ, と感心する
Assuming the kanji is 感心する ...
感心する: be impressed
しきり ＝ してばかり； し通し（shidooshi） nothing but
感心しきり： nothing but being impressed
焦らし: I am guessing it is a S(&M) related mature content word
抜 --> Are you sure it is 抜 not 技(technique)?

Ahhh, that's right! It's 技 not 抜!
I rechecked the transcript just in case. And yes, it's 関心しきり
I'm guessing 関心しきり is some kind of slang?

Since the kanji is 関心, the direct translation would be:
関心--> be amused/intrigued/fascinated
関心しきり：can't help but be amused/intrigued/fascinated

Based on everyone's advice, here is my attempt to translate "これがドSの焦らし技かと関心しきりです。" line
"so this is a complete sadist's teasing move that really amuses me."
Am I on the right track?
"so this is a complete sadist's teasing move" -
Alternate translation: So this is what the sadistic teasing(or whatever the S term) move/technique is all about
/supposed to be
"that really amuses me."
* Grammatically, you would probably need a comma before that in your sentence.
* I am really/completely/so amused/fascinated to see ... would work as well
(If you chose to be more literal, you could add the nuance of しきり/constantly/can't help. Change your words around to see what fits the best for your translation. )
