Looks like Netero's successor is named, and there is a spin/cover-up on the massacre of the NGL/humants the Ants caused.

A little busy, so I can only give quick details.
-The king and Komugi have their game, and reintroduce themselves this time using each other's names. (Looks like Komugi still wins.)
-Welfin (Werefin?) Hina, Bizef and others go looking for Gyro in Shooting star city. (Welfin is totally stoked that he managed to almost die not once but twice, and declares himself the man who defeated the king, lulz.)
-Gon still looks like a young man, but he is unable (Or unwilling) to talk to Killua.

No mention Komugi, Meryem, Gon, or Killua based on the scans. It seems like the population survived, so I guess Rose is not contagious after all, which seems contradictory to how it was described. I think it was meant to be radioactive poisoning but due to Fukushima, Togashi attempt to handwave it to just a contagious bio weapon that acts like radioactive poisoning, even though the two have nothing to do with other (radioactive poisoning clearly doesn't spread from carrier to carrier).
This chapter is pretty standard for what Togashi does but, to quote something I saw before, "HXH may have no faults but its author sure does". In any other manga we should applaud the author for not just focusing on the most important characters, but here in HXH there's a very good chance we might not hear anything from Togashi again for an year. This doesn't mean to hurry up and end the arc but at least he should resolve the important characters first.
It's interesting to note all the fake information guessed that Komugi was going to beat Meryem, though that'd be my guess, too.
I forsee Werefin become like Mr. Satan, living a life of wealth and fame as "The Man who stopped Meryem".
Was that Gin, on that last page? Somehow I'm excited to see him but on the other hand, I fear it. Because him meeting with Gon is too soon and it could only mean that Togashi is rushing to end the series. Or am I too sceptical?
It's pretty hard to tell just base on the picture but I'd think that'd be Jirao, though knowing HXH it really could be anyone.
So did Gon give away his friendship with killua for his ability? :/ aww sad
My experience with Togashi says me it is just a random old man introduced solely for the purpose of watching tv just at the right moment.
Generally speaking the Japanese tends to mix some of the fake info with the real stuff which makes it really hard to tell the difference. In the height of Prince of Tennis, it's almost impossible to tell the difference between fake and real info since the series is so way out there. I'd say that for HXH, if the info you read makes a lot of sense to you, it's probably fake, since HXH rarely makes sense the first time you read it.
hmmm, Maybe it is Gyro =/
I think people forget that netero flew on a nen dragon to the location where he fought the king. Considering the operation was at large planned very carefully I doubt the association would make a mistake as moronic as having the explosion happen at a location where it could be a hazard for the hunters and the 50000 people at the castle. I would think netero took them to a safe location where even the wind would make sure the poison did not reach the general population.
