I was expecting some more of underwater action from luffy.. but seems like match ups are more important than that.. but sometimes i don't like the idea that first oda put up match ups of SHs against fodders and then put some pressure of external factor so that the fight just drags on.. I really wanna get over with these fights....
From the start i was somehow controlling it by telling it to myself .. the arc is good.. its important for the story line.. something good gonna come put of it... but now i am losing patience over it.. reason could be the pic of supernovas may be.. just enter the new world.. god dammit ..
Usopp vs Daruma, Chopper vs Dosun, Brook vs Zeo, General Franky vs Ikaros Much
Certainly not the pairings people have thought of before, not the obvious ones and I'm grateful for that.
As mentioned before Shirahoshi's unintended usage of her power seems to be only logical way to stop Noah from crashing onto Fisherman Island. I wonder how people can even think of Luffy or Robin moving the ship around... Surume and the boulders from the deep sea are nothing compared to the size or the Ship or the isle.
Maybe Nami and Robin will have to fight that pervert Caribou. Also it's funny how VDD didn't pass out from a trident going through his stomach or an axe to the back, but passed out because he slipped and hit his head. LOL
It's great to see Nami can do such mass damage. Now I want to see some of the new moves the rest of SH's have.
that new image is not new....
OP this year is on break too much, hope Oda is find, from spoiler it's nothing new in this chapter, we still didn't what is the point of this arc yet
- test the Mugiwaras growth
- gain a new ally
- gain knowledge about the Poneglyph
- free a country of it's oppressor
- help the struggling government to overcome their century old problems
- advertize the harm of drugs
If you still don't know what this arc is about, you might try to reread the arc?
Maybe it was in this issue too?
i can say one piece is never boring but this week's chapt sounds plain average to me..expected many match ups before the main event fight starts to kick in but i sure as hell dont expect another OP break..there's way too much of it this yr man..i mean..isnt it like one break every 5 weeks? Oda cant be sick that frequent right? not exactly complaining here but just feeling disappointed at the frequency of breaks this yr
the frequent breaks this year dont bother me because OP is nothing to be excited about anymore. and the dropping numbers of posts in the chapter discussions show me, that i am not the only reader who loses interest in OP.
would be great if an underwater volcano broke out next chapter to end this arc. baybe the other rookies and the NW could bring back some entertainment
where the f*** do you guys see that picture with the other supernovas??
why naruto is always released earlier than one piece??? damn
Ya know... Don't expect people to say Epic Chapter for Hodi lol
I don't know what some of you guys expected. This is almost like a reboot to the series, so of course it's going to be slow paced and not as exciting as the great war.
I mean if you really don't like this arc, then what are some of the things you would do to improve it?? I mean you can't just let the SH's stream roll over all the enemies else you would be kinda disappointed that you didn't really get to see the SH in action and you can't let them have too much trouble beating them else it would be a waste of the 2 year training.
Unless the main reason you don't like the arc is because of how the lame the villians are because of the pill popping. Don't get me wrong, this arc so far is decent (IMO) but I'll pass judgement on it when it's done, since it might have a great ending like the thriller bark arc.
