well i have no issues with illumi being good. i was merely responding to the post above me, that hisokas ranking has got nothing to do with person's will to fight. bec i dont think thats a strong mark for illumi. and u hve to remember gon and killua have been with the ryodans couple of times and still lived. im not taking anything from illumi but there u go. and uvon alone can manhandle he injuu? the mafias top dogs. so killing the lords i think even killua can do at his level at the time... im sure illumi is as good as what hisoka thinks him to be, and hes a zoldick afterall but honestly we havent seen much of him really, thats why people were surprised hisoka ranked him that much. besides i for one dont really think hisoka is 'that' good.
LOL, I just noticed that 28+4 is 32 and not 33 xD
The second time, both were part of Kurapica's deal, and if not fulfilled, Kurapica will kill Kuroro and Paku will die from the now angry/cautious members of the Ryodan for insubordination.
So, Gon/Killua have no good reasons to die. It's not like they found the hideout either, they were dragged there twice.
Illumi was carried out to the mission as a safeguard to the Zoldycks. The mission has to be carried by capable people. If Killua or anyone weaker were to do it, how can they kill the Lords first before Zeno/Silva kills Kuroro? What if Silva's beeper didn't ring? Silva would still connect his attack, thinking the contract is still effective, thus kill Kuroro.
Sure, Hisoka is no Netero, or anywhere to his level, but he wasn't intimidated of the Zodiacs and wants to take on Gin. From this we can somewhat assume that Netero is still too much for anyone we knew of so far except the King (or adult Gon who took work on a Royal Guard).

Alright anyone know who all the characters are on the "voting begins" page?
BTW it seems like everyone is awfully sad about Netero's "retirement".
I'm guessing Hunters know the truth of that he's dead but the general public doesn't.
Well anywho let's see there's...
Dunno who the guy below Lippo is?
The Final Exam Refs
I dunno who the girl(?) above the refs and next to Buhara is.
Next to her(?) is one of the Zolydck house guards and a ex hunter
Dunno who the guy with the white beard is
or the guy to the left of him
then it's Kurapika's teacher
Then I'm pretty sure that's the examiner from the Killua Hunter Exam
Dunno who those six guys are...
next to him is the other dude who help make Greed Island
I think they are all pretty aware that netero is dead. It makes no sense to have a memorial full of porn otherwise, they could just have a bunch of hookers deliver the magazines.
This is in Chinese, though the hard to identify people have a picture to help you see who they are. The ones without pictures are presumably pretty easy to identify. The characters appear in chronological order. Some of those guys are really hard to identify.

By the way, who do you guys think might be Ging's real target in this time's hunt? At first I thought that he meant Pariston but now, I no longer think so because of that sentence. I think that he wants to move his target into the position of the next Chairman. So in other words his target can't be Pariston but someone else from the Zodiac.
And if you are counting all the votes the result will be 581 votes instead of 580.
Because all the votes are 581 then 81 person are not voting. Either there is a tiny mistake in the absents or the nulls, since the votes are pretty much well counted.
My call is that Teradin will be one of the main competitors. I like his name
And I wonder if the 18 missing are counted in the absent as well. Making then 14 Hunters that may be in danger or uninterested.
