Here, the little kid gets kamikazed by aliens and his suit goes down.
But then here, you could see the suit is suddenly back to normal.
I doubt a little kid can climb up to a 2nd story buildings without that suit.
Nishi says in the japanese version "どっか行け" and as i understand it that means "beat it" or something you say to send someone away...so i doubt he helped Takeshi to climb that thing.
Maybe he found a way to get there...climbing that thing below him...or Oku simply forgot the suit was broken.

Takeshi's obsessed with Kaze. We've already seen him training himself to imitate him without any instruction from Kaze. If he wanted to, and he does, he'd learn it by himself.
The only problem with that is Kaze doesn't climb buildings either.
Do either of them need to climb buildings in order to get food and money?
Burglary... Picture the scenario, they're walking down the road and they come upon a house where one of the upstairs bedroom windows are open they scale the building get in take what they can from the fridge and get out.
He may be homeless but I don't think he's that short on money or food. Very difficult for a behemoth like Kaze to get away with robbing houses unnoticed. Ground probly shakes when he walks.
Although he may be in a slightly better position to scare witnesses into silence.
Well... maybe when the suit breaks it still holds some of it's physical enhancing ability but loses all of it's defensiveness features... it'd be stupuid and plot convenient if it did but I don't think it's ever been proven otherwise.
I don't remember if this has been proven wrong, but what if the suit regenerates itself after some while?
