I nominate Naoki Urasawa's Billy Bat that has taken seemingly unrelated vignettes of different genres and mixed the lot into a compelling mystery filled with suspense. The manga spans a series of times and locations about which Urasawa is able to create stories that are affecting and feel authentic, a feat that is particularly impressive when you consider that he's a non-native writing about racial relations in mid-20th century American.
I nominate vagabond as best seinen
its a legend samurai manga
I nominate Shamo.
my vote goes to Jackals .
I support Eden: It's an Endless World, not really a joyful serie but brillant nonetheless
Monster. I consider this as one of the best manga. The plot was beyond amazing, no plot holes I could think of for. Pretty amazing feat for a long running series.
So the voting for the ties has started....I chose Eden, because it is a masterpiece...and it needs more recognition and popularity

I consider Monster the most intriguing and better written nominee from out list, so my vote goes to Monster, with my thoughts actually going for Eden:It's an Endless World
I'll vote for Freezing because I like fanservice and strong women in manga.
I voted for 20th Century Boys but almost all finalists would be great winners with the exception of Freezing which shouldn't be among the nominations.
Freezing is a manga with good but not outstanding graphics with a "ecchi"/"fan service" theme ... If we're going that road, just why not nominate directly "Slut Girl" from Isutoshi ?

Indeed, why is Freezing even among these other names? Nothing against it, but really in this company...
I vote for Monster. 20th Century Boys ain't far behind, but Monster is and will probaply be my favorite manga for ever. How the story was built. Just almost perfect.
Freezing looks ridiculous among those masterpieces.
I'm ashamed to say that I have yet to read Monster(Let the flaming begin),so I'll go with Blade of the Immortal.20th Century Boys is one of my favourite series ever,Vagabond and Vinland Saga are great as well, but Blade of the Immortal is shining so much more brightly than those manga. The art alone speaks volumes.
I wish Billy Bat gets the recognition as other Urasawa works, I mean thew Billy Bat thread in the seinen section is dead, I feel like I am talking to myself, Urasawa fans get over there now! D:
Anyway, I voted for Monster, loved the protagonist and antagonist, the story, the masterful flow and everything.
