I would like to nominate Senji kiyomasa from Deadman wonderland.
Because of role as saving the male lead on numerous occasions.
I nominate Usopp from One Piece.
He is the best character when it comes to development, it is just so wonderful how Oda really makes Usopp the most human like, even though after the time skip he has not shown much development in personality, more in power which inflected his personality a bit, but I am sure more story around him will follow.
I'd like to support the nomination of Itachi Uchiha from Naruto as Best Male Support!

I see, sorry! I'll change it now >_<
One Pieces Silvers Rayleigh - the PKs right hand.
The man who trained Luffy and helped the SHs. I dont need to add any more words. This guys fits perfectly this category. Also this guy was introduced in ch.500, a round and easy memorable number, not that it matters though
I'd like to support Trunks from Dragon Ball Z for Best Male Support.
Mainly because I'd like to see one character from DBZ on the line-up. Well, he is quite the character too. But I wanted to nominate Yajirobe truthfully, one of the best (length of appearance/usefulness) ratio ever, in the manga.
I nominate Zoro of One piece
I voted Kisuke, because aside his constant huuuge importance in the plot, his design and character are one of the best in the entire mangaverse
Kisuke gets my vote. He was always ready to support SS or Ichigo's gang when they needed his help. Looking forward to more of his support later on.
I would go with Zoro. He is really the best, when I think about support character. He is strong, funny, has his own special humor, is very original.
