You know, I still don't see how Prince of Pillow Fighting is less important than Prince of Mountain Climbing, which got two episodes all to itself. At that rate, Prince of Pillow Fighting should've at least gotten a regulation episode in the anime.
Oh yeaaaa! We got ourselves OVA 7 online here now --> http://www.tudou.com/programs/view/6MkKfxKTtt0/
You're the best Featherwolf!!
Is it too much to ask for the Prince of Tennis episodes to include you know tennis?
I just wanted to get other people's opinions on the Prince of Pillowfight Ep. on here.
I thought the episode was a complete and utter pile of trash in comparison to the manga chapter.
We didn't get to see countless possible attacks. The scenes with the Golden Pair, Yuushi & Kenya, Akutsu and the HSers, were all cut out.
More importantly, the episode was centered around Horio!?!!!
Who the hell wants to see him? When he doesn't even exist in the Camp in the manga anymore?
I wanted a genuine Pillow Fight PoT-style like we got Prince of Yakiniku.
The ep. is a real let down for me.
Yes, the pillowfight manga is short but sweet. The ones who started the pillow fight are the Golden Pair(s), even. Room 201 aiding Fuji's quest for vengeance was also cut. I hate that synchro was cut too.
Now, let's see Prince of Yakiniku once more.
So TENIPURI FESTA 2013 was held today in Budokan and apparently, Konomi just announced a new season for the New Prince of Tennis anime. Actually, I am really not sure if it's really a new season or just an OVA but it's clear that there will be new stuffs coming from the animation team.
Here's the link to the official twitter account of NPOT animehttps://twitter.com/shintenianime where I've seen the announcement. Anyone who knows more Japanese than my goggle translate are welcome to clarify the news.
And we're back http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news...-ova-green-lit
Oh this is awesome!! It sure will be with the 1st stringers, just like we saw in the last NPoT 7 OVA ending.
Only problem is... It says "OVA". Which means it'll prolly be released on DVD and not aired on TV... With 1 episode every second month. This I'm not too thrilled about.
