I wish the author would have stretched the runaway incident a little bit more, but it looks like the next few chapters will focus more on the tournament.
The manga's story became boring this past few months but now regained its shine with Queen's relationship in question!!! I'm rooting for JaeguxQueen but it would be sad for the part of Choi DalDal.
Though I'm more of a Dal Dal fan than Queen so I would like to see her emerge out of this as more of a legitimate threat. Right now there isn't much of a love triangle. It's basically Jaegu and Queen and everybody else either lagging way way behind or having given up completely.
I love the story when I when through so many chapter but after going one chapter after another I get annoyed but I really like the girls of the wild's..
I finally caught with the latest chapter released! /o/
This series is amazing, I dare to say that it is the best fighting series I've ever read. The fact that it is focused on girls is something really to me, there is a lack of such series in the market. Obviously, I'm still a newbie about webtoons and I'm basing on mangas, but probably it is that way in kind of comics. The girls are spectular, each has an unique personality and how they managed to change Jaegu so much was incredible. Daldal is my favorite, she is extremely funny with her ill love for Jaegu, but when she gets on the ring, she is a suberb martial artist and, talking about the current arc now, even when she is not present, she is helping her friends/rivals; Ingui and Moonyoung used Taekwondo techiniques and they had incredible success in the fights because of this. Moonyoung always gives her all and I admire her because of this, she is my second favorite, she is always training and improving and even with such power, she is still very humble, helped Jaegu and now is helping that other guy I don't remember the name, she has second intentions but still.... xD
Ingui is least favorite from the main girls.... Well, I think it is expected given her no so easy personality... I don't know how Moonyoung ended up becoming friends with her, I'm almost sure this story was not told yet... Now I'm curious... Anyway, she is strong, too strong, but her fighting skills hide a very frail girl that doesn't know how to deal with her parents and her love. She's my least favorite, but she is also an interesting character and she has the deepest story so far...
Jaegu had the biggest characte development in the story. He was boring and extremely annoying in the beginning with attitude of victim, but now he is strong enough to deal with the guys and doesn't have feat of anybody. Everything thanks to the girls... His story is incredible and I hope that he continues in the way of martial arts because I want to see him fighting face to face with the best fighters later on.
Anyway, the series is great, character and story wise and it made my nights more interesting. I started reading before sleeping, but it had the opposite effect and I ended up sleeping late reading it. Fantastic!
Where is Girls of the Wild's fans?!
Glad you got into this one, Leo. I'm definitely a fan of it too.
It's interesting to hear your favorite girls and how similar that list is to mine. Right now Dal Dal is also my #1. It would be Moon Young but I feel like she's taken herself out of the competition for Jaegu; since she started working on her "plan B". Like you I'd also put Queen last even though she is almost certainly the frontrunner.
I think maybe it hurt her stock a little when her character arc went all "hard life of the rich girl" thing; with the arranged marriage and such. Her little brother is awesome though.

I started immediately after you recommend me (I think it was you) since it was the one that attracted me the most.
Daldal is really into it, but when she overheard Jaegu and Ingui, she got angry and stopped talking with him for one day, in this day she met a guy that she thought about afterward... He was forgotten after that, but I think he will come up again. It makes me feel that Dal Dal is in love with Jaegu just because he is the only she knows besides Gura High guys. It was her first goal when Jaegu got in the school, but with her all passion I forgot this detail. Maybe her love for him is not as deep as it suggests. Moonyoung really got ouy of the competition, at least for now. I don't know if something will happen that can bring her back, let's see...
I hate when the frontrunner girl is the one who doesn't do anything... He asked her! Zero guys ask something like that, she had the best opportunity ever!
I think she is still afraid of loving Jaegu and it annoys me.
Yeah, it was unfortunate.... I wanted to see her in the Wild's League finals, but she "too busy to fight".
As I said, she is as strong in the ring as she is weak outiside of it. Dal Dal and Moonyoung have better personalities than her.
Her brother is priceless though. He is the best character of this webtoon. He was who stayed Jaegu and Queen relationship more funny.
I find it hard to believe that this webtoon has gone on for over 170 chapters and the main protagonist hasn't kissed or made any substantial progress with the Queen.
Haha, oh man, after how this week's chapter ended Dal Dal is going to end that guy next week!
I can't wait for it.
Such a satisfying chapter. In so many ways. Dal Dal wins in like .2 seconds. Just incredible artwork too. How a weekly series can look this good is mind blowing.
I'm also starting to enjoy the coach guy X wilds teacher thing. They make a really funny combo.
