Holy shit! does the fat guy in the spoiler look familiar LOL
HELL YES! I also wondered when I was going to see these guys again.
They are going to free aizen-sama and screw up SS so bad that royal guard will come down to do some butt whoopin
So it seems like these guys aren't some Arrancars. They might be some sort of hybrid of Quincy and Arrancars and that's why they might be really strong, but anyway I don't think that they are as strong as Ichigo now individually.
Still I don't know what's their purpose in destroying not only Hollows, but also normal souls from Rukongai, cause those souls bear no sin.
Also how they got to Yama?
What if they are all those quincy Mayuri and Soul Society killed way back?
It was Mayuri right? I thought he said that he experimented on countless ones...
Makes sense, both Arancar and Quicy use spirit particles in the same way, massive power up.
From what ikkaku said in last chapter, about hollows disappearing, I already did guess it was quincy.. finally time to get ishida in spotlight.. he is after all the rival/friend character all shounen mangas have.

Maybe these beings are the experiment of some Quincy scientist who combined Quincy with those Hollows who became natural Arrancars or it might be something else. I don't have a complete theory for now, but anyway it must be quite interesting as it seems that there should be quite a big ammount of these hybrids as we can see quite a big group coming to Yama to declare a War.
The question now i have is that the Quincy's where supposed to be destroyed more than 200 years ago. Then why is the name of the present arc "The 1000 year Blood War" if this arc is based on the Quincy's.
Could it be possible that this arc actually focuses of the origin of the Quincy's that happened a 1000 year ago, around the time Yamamoto became the Commander.
It might be an interesting thing to explain how Quincy were born. The thing is as the Arc is the last one I believe it will include not one group of enemies. I believe it might be way deeper and will have several sub-arcs.
Lol and people thought that the Quincys where ruled out as enemies as soon as this new guy showed up lol.
I just knew that the Quincys would remain enemies judging by the title of this arc,
But I think this new apparent "hybrid" has something to do with what was found in the 8th Espada's lab.
Chapter is out : ) http://www.mangareader.net/bleach/482
Im sure these are the Quincy killed by Soul Society. After their death they became hollows seeking Revenge, and now that they have found a way to remove their masks they are on the way to bring war to Soul Society.
It would be a huge plot twist if Ishidas Grandfather is one of them.
I hope Kubo does not screw this arc up...

I don't think he is a hybrid though. He was pretty angry when Ichigo assumed him to be an Arrancar. That thing on his face might be something to help his quincy abilities. Sort of like Deidara's scope thing in Naruto. Perhaps when The Quincy reach a certain level of power they grow something to assist in there powers. Or perhaps when they kill hollows the hollows don't cease to exist. Instead the Quincy absorb the Reiryoku from the hollows resulting in that look, since they have that ability. The more Hollows they kill, the stronger they get.
Finally, it's proved that he isn't an arrancar but something else. Wanna bet he's a Quincy with Hollow powers?
Even if he isn't, he managed to surprise Ichigo. Now what's his plan?
Those guys must be either overconfident, or actually really strong if they can appear in-front of Yamamoto and declare war.
So, the foot soldiers won't be shinigami, arrancar or hollow, but rather inhabitants of Rukongai that have turned to something else?
