I responded to most of your post in the Hang-Out thread. That leaves this one to be the most appropriate.
I could imagine Cross calling Nea, "Master" at one point in time. How ironic...
Presently though, I can wait patiently for the day we meet Cross again. ^_ ^ Things are just heating up between the 14th and Allen (and wheatfields galore!!! ).
Mangaholic's scanlation is out
wow there are a lot of differences XD and Nea says 'whats with this head?!', so at least he meant Allens hair...
what does it mean 'continued in the 8th monthly issue'? does that mean, the new chapter will come out next month?
Perhaps allen= nea ll
so any person/dog Mana calls "Allen" is carrying the 14th memories
but I'm wondering if the dog "Allen" was really the first "Allen"
seeing as dogs don't live that long (unless it was genetically engineered by Cross/Noah)
Was Mana carrying it , if so why did he give it to dog "Allen"?
How are the memories transferred anyways?
Maybe we've already seen the moment the memories to our "Allen" ( when dog "Allen" licked Red)
yes, I'd say Allen's head is pretty white (hair and face stand for a majority of what is visible of a head)
Even if he is a "good guy"
It'll be hard to forget he just slammed someone's head against the wall
Maybe Nea will shrink back and leave Allen to clean up the mess
Kanda would go " Darn it!" and tie him up
haha Cross calls him Master
Master? Are you alright ( not talking Pokemon?)
Oh also I think there is an error on page 26 when Link says that Walker regained his innosence to atone for his sins. I think that Link was supposed to be talking about Kanda not Allen.

^ A little comprehensible, but there still seems to be mistakes. I do find some of the English to be simplified compared to the other one. (Even if that other scanlation team changed some of verduister's translation. =__=; )
- "Cyrus" became "Sirus". This is debatable, because katakana can be spelled different ways. We need Hoshino to confirm on a spelling for this.
- Nea calls Cyrus/Sirus, "gramps" instead of "uncle".
- "Campbell" becomes "Cambell". O.o (That name now sounds a bit awkward, but it definitely isn't "Cambel".)
As for the "Fallen" part, that probably needs to be re-examined. I actually think it does make sense a bit if Link was referring to Allen, because of the 14th...
When one human host's body dies, the "memory" goes somewhere to look for a new human host. Even if it takes many years. Nea is an exception to this, which we really don't know yet as to why he chose a child, unless, there's something deeper than this?Quote:
Again, it doesn't really make much sense to me. The Noah gene affects humans. Not animals. (Plus, it would feel a bit anti-climatic.)Quote:
Yeah.. Cross is Nea's pupil somewhere in the distant past. Just need to bait Cross to come out and spill his side of the stoyr. *shiny eyes*Quote:

I can hard imagine Cross calling Nea 'Master'....
he's older than Nea! XD normally.....
Wouldn't it be odd if the person Nea is talking about (that strange man becoming head of the Campbell family) was Adam/The Earl? No idea why this crossed my mind except I remember the Earl is a part time aristocrat and if he's semi immortal I could see him sweet talking families of status into adopting him as the head of the household to keep his cover in check.
He could be like, "your kid Mana is sick? I could fix that with my super secret greatness, buuuuuuuut-"
Anyway, one week until the next chapter, hooray! (also, fireworks.)
I'm back! I'm too lazy to check the previous pages even though this has been a pivotal chapter.
Was anyone impressed by the artwork in the first couple of pages? You can practically FEEL the gust of wind in this page and even which direction it was blowing from. It's rare for a manga page to have this much movement without anyone actually moving. I know that people were worried about the art change (as per usual ), but I think Hoshino finally settled in on a style she's comfortable with.
This is true, I noticed Hoshino particularly concentrated on the hair, eyes and the environmental textures in that chapter. Also I think most people can agree that the most impressive thing was that tree Nea's mom called Cornelia. I swear Hoshino used the better part of those two months on that tree alone
Ah... I know that windy page blew me away
The inking is great, actually I think this chapter had some of the prettiest manga pages I've ever seen..
The background details are really blowing me away, and I love all the layers of texture.
It's like every square mm of page has something to look at. I think her attention to detail, the little things as well as the more prominent, really gives her style a richness that is special.
It does seem this latest art style is sticking around pretty well, huh? Except for the progressively pointier faces, it's stayed pretty stable since about ch 200 or so. What's that, almost 2 years, now?
I am sure we are all waiting for more character development from Cornelia. You can't make a tree that beautiful and not have it be a major player.
