    [JP] イン側

    高速コーナーでは遠心力がアウト側へ首がへし折れんばかりにもっていかれる
At high speed corners, his neck is forced to move towards outside by cornering force as if it is going to break

    血液も半身に偏るからイン側の目は血が回らなくなって暗くなるくらいだ
His blood also incline to one side of his body so the eye on the inside loses a vision due to a loss of blood pressure

I'm not sure if I got "the eye on the inside" proper.
The speaker is referring the eye which is located (towards) the inside the corner. How can I put it more comprehensive way?

    遠心力 is "centrifugal force"
イン側の目 = you could say "the eye closest to the center of rotation". Also, I'd use "rushes" instead of "inclines".
