Also, if he were to leave the battlefield - then surely (going by the rules used for the other fights in this forum) that counts as a loss. he has to remain present at the battlefield to be counted in this fight (unless the OP decides to change the rules for this fight? In which case Tobi can just go to his hidden dimension and wait till Kabuto forgets about the fight, then kill him in his sleep)
Tobi wins. BEcause kabuto doesn't have the power to escape from tobi's jutsu.
Tobi doesn't need to fight all the ET of kabuto. He can go directly to kabuto and kick his snake ass. Intangible jutsu + soul eater = dead in an instanty.
dude, all he has to do is, go intangible go underground pop back up in the clear and go to another country and have a drink... i highly doubt that Kabuto sleeps in Sage mood.... FAIL!
whats needed to defeat Tobi is not just power, i think in the end that sword of Iatchi is needed to finish him off..he needs to be sealed
Rules, Smules, this is a fight between two people.. winning is the objective so the best strategy is the best strategy... patience and the ability to run away is something that Tobi should be allowed to so simply because it works best with his technique and makes him unstoppable

Kabuto has several ways to seal Tobi: Itachi with the Totsuka Blade, Nagato with his soul ripping ability and Hell Path, and the KinGin brothers with the Amber Gourd.
oh FYI: its not forfeit its strategy bro, big difference, its not like he's running from the fight, he's just looking for an easy win, cant fault him for that can you?

Can Kabuto leave the battlefield before Tobi get's back? If so then its a BFR loss for Tobi. No opponent is obligated to w8 at the fight location if 1 of the fighters leave.
In essence doing what you sugest would imply him trowing the fight. For it to not be BFR he would need to return faster then Kabuto can leave the battlefield of have a way to keep him there.
Aside from that i have to say that your post is absurd. You think he can just pop next to Kabuto and warp him? Do you know how many people this dude is going to have around? He can be my gues and try to put his hand on him with Itachi is right next to Kabuto rdy to Amaterasu Tobi's face off. How about Nagato activating his anti-jutsu shield and contering the warping and even Tobi's intangibility? He can't even leave then and he get's 1 shooted.
Not only that when he actualy grabs Kabuto he would find out it was just a clone as he would have no idea when he replaced himself with a clone as Tobi left the battlefield lol.
Oh end let's not forget the insane sensing SM gives... Kabuto is going to feel Tobi coming.
PS. Are you actualy 36? Now that is imposible lol.

You do realize that to travel any distance would take time. It's not even as if Kabuto wouldn't have the means to follow Tobi even while underground. All he would have to do is summon Hizashi and have him use his Byakugan to spy. Heck, Kabuto could go all the way and have Zabuza cover the field in his Hidden Mist, which would prevent Tobi from being able to see him while Kabuto and his side can rely on their sensory ability to locate Tobi. We already seen that Kabuto going liquid would allow him to get around the Sharingan's sight.
And if that's not a forfeit, what prevents Kabuto from leaving to go make more of his anti-Mokuton poison, as long as he intends to return? It simply doesn't work that way, especially since as stated, Tobi has no means of being aware of what's going on at the battlefield once he's gone.
Yes Kabuto can do whatever he likes, leave come back.. shower, cry whatever..but you want to tell me that Tobi can snatch Sasuke in front of all of those Kages and no one saw anything and but he cannot do the same to snake boy wonder?.. this is too easy... i also want you to remember that Kabuto is somewhat an introvert, company is not his thing, having tons of ET guard him while he relaxes in his cave just isn't him and i doubt that he sleep in SM...

First off there's has been no indication that he is as fast as either of the brothers, they are fight in a tight space and using ninjutsu so wrong, how he would track him you say? easily, mind-rape a good sensor type Hyuga and find his ass (duh)... strategy bro...mist? really?.. dude that's lame, as soon as the mist starts Tobi leaves on vacation, do some surveillance and kidnap the bitch, its that simple.... oh and he can cast izanagi on himself before he go on for the snatch which should be over-kill no matter who's there. ... i mean we are being a bit realistic here aren't we, with the right mind Tobi is unbeatable, deal with it.

I think Lemonadez and crimlo will become great friends.
Um, he can't bring in another person and that still wouldn't allow him to keep track of Kabuto. I don't think you understand how battles here are done. And surveillance isn't possible with the Hidden Mist active, as it blinds the Sharingan. Even Madara got blinded by it, which should say plenty. Since it would be coming from an Edo summon, and he has six others who potentially are capable of using it, Kabuto would have no trouble keeping the field covered in it. Nor can Tobi case Izanagi on himself. His only availible payment for Izanagi would be the Sharingan his warping/phasing ability comes from, which would mean he would pretty much be throwing away those abilities.
No, Tobi isn't "unbeatable". Kabuto has a counter for any action Tobi could attempt . Your entire "strategy" rely on Tobi leaving for long amounts of the with the hope of catching Kabuto off guard, yet you're completely ignoring the fact that with his Edo summons, Kabuto literally has dozens of immortal guards to call upon to watch his back til long after he's dead.
If I agree on crimlo, then that makes me and him as best of friends?
No. Tobi for now is unbeatable. Intangible + soul eater = game over. Tobi can pop to kabuto and pull his soul immediately. And we don't know the other powers of his rinnegan. Nagato has 6/7 rinnegan's power, so tobi must have 3. And the thing is, kabuto doesn't have the power to counter tobi's intangible jutsu.
No, he's not. In order to physically touch Kabuto, Tobi will first have to go solid, at which point Kabuto will be able to sense him. And with his ability to turn into water and exchange bodies, Kabuto can avoid any physical touch from Tobi while his Edo summons attack. Heck, Kabuto can allow his Edo summons strike at them both since he would be able to endure it. And don't forget, Kabuto has two sonic attacks that would stop Tobi in his tracks. Keep them going for more then five minutes and Tobi would be open to attack.
But please, lets not elaborate too much on that silly one-liner I made just for shits and giggles.
Oh and btw. there is no "Land" in my name... the LnD is a shortcut for something that doesn't even have a relevance here.
Hey land is ok but how about the rash part? I bet it's itchy...
