Of course the battle isn't over yet, but we can all agree that the ending is near.
Having seen apparently the full spectre of Kabuto's ability as well as knowing Itachi and Sasuke's already, we can have a proper rematch, without the whole refusing to kill stuff.
So Kabuto vs Itachi and Sasuke
-Both parties are bloodlusted
-They have perfect knowledge of each other's abilities
-Izanami isn't permitted
-1 ET only can be present on the field, Madara, Nagato and the Jinchuuriki are not permitted
-Itachi isn't immortal, obviously
They fight on the same location they are fighting in the manga.
So who wins?

Well, since they are fighting to the death, Kabuto and his ET will succumb to Itachi's Totsuka Hax sooner or later.
Kabuto can summon the third Raikage Tank to keep Sasuke occupied for a bit and put up a nice fight and all... but the Totsuka will dispose of the ET easily and at some point Itachi will find a way how to stab Kabuto too. Sasuke being there to assist Itachi and distract Kabuto is just overkill.
The only reason Kabuto was so dangerous vs the Uchiha bros it's becaus they didn't want him dead, not saying he's weak, but he just can't beat them.
Itachi with his Totsuka no Tsurugi and Yata no Kagami, and Sasuke with his sort of Amaterasu Sword, and except Nagato/Madara, none of the ET would give trouble to the Uchiha. Second Mizukage trick lies with his summon, which can be seen by the Sharingan, Muu's invisibility is useless because it can be seen with the Sharingan too, although his Jinton would be lethal since even Madara decided to use the Rinnegan to absorb Oonoki's Jinton isntead of keep Susanoo, Third Raikage meh... One Amaterasu and that's it, although I'm curious to see if his attack could pierce through Susanoo.
But yeah, like I said, one stab with the Totsuka and whatever ET Kabuto summons, its gone. Even Nagato got owned by Totsuka pretty quickly.
I'll also point out that the battlefield and Itachi and Sasuke's prohibiting lethal attacks aswell as the enclosed, labyrinthine battlefield is what allowed Kabuto to reach Sage Mode in the first place. It's possible Muki Tensei and Hakugeki are both unusuable without it, meaning the only successful attacks he performed could be completely unusable if they "turn up the heat" from the beginning.
EDIT: Just realized they're fighting in the same area, meaning it's possible he actually may reach Sage Mode, though unlikely considering that the enclosed area makes it even harder to avoid a wide, all encompassing salvo of a dozen or so Enton Magatama.

Amaterasu, Amaterasu as far as the eye can see.
Instead of having the flames circle just them, they have the flames circle the entire field in order to limit Kabuto and his Edo summons movement. In that enclosed space, they can push Kabuto into a spot where he couldn't slither away and go to town.
Amaterasu = dead Kabuto right off the bat.
Fight starts, Sasuke shoots Amaterasu and expands it, Kabuto is completly engulfed in flames and dies. Even his water mode would evaporate resulting in him ending up dead (no evidence that he can survive as vapors). We know that he can reform his body from a liquid form but not from a gaseous one.
